I had a very frustrating visit to this Carl's Jr. location. My food was ruined when an open ranch sauce packet spilled all over the contents of the bag. When I brought this to the attention of Norma, the manager on duty, she was completely unhelpful. Norma refused to offer a remake or a refund. She was also very unprofessional, repeatedly interrupting me and refusing to provide any information regarding the restaurant's policy or how I could contact corporate customer service. The issue was not just the ruined food, but the manager's unwillingness to be reasonable or provide any kind of solution. The lack of customer service from the management made this a terrible experience, and I will not be returning to this location

Horrible customer service. My food had condiments spilled all throughout the bag. I brought my order back and was hoping for a remake or refund. The individual Norma was so happy to say she didn't give a damn and to be on my way. She refused to provide any info on their policies and I left my order on the counter in frustration

Ate here while on a road trip, and it was really fantastic. The front desk lady Sam recommended the Queso Crunch Combo and it was really great, just what I needed. Staff was very polite and friendly overall. Definitely recommend

I stopped in for a vanilla shake after having some dental work and the server was just very pleasant beautiful smile and took care of business fast and now that I think of it I didn't see any other person
working there I'm sure there was somebody in the back making the burgers.😉

I'd rate service 0 stars if I could; I've had better customer service experiences at the DMV on their worst days. I've been to this location twice now, both times being among the most disappointing of any time I've visited a CJ's. Same cashier lady both times too.
My coworker and I thought it was strange that the cashier started speaking to him in Spanish even though we were just speaking to each other in English right next to her. He happens to be Hispanic but doesn't speak Spanish.
She kinda got an attitude there after he tried to use a coupon for a $7 hangover bundle and she said it didn't work. Apparently she didn't know what item he wanted? I thought the QR code took care of that. And shouldn't she have asked? Anyway, I showed her how to use the coupon code since I read the fine print that included employee instructions to add all items separately. And I don't even work there...never have!
She handed us both what I later confirmed to be medium cups even though the coupon said any size drink. She didn't ask us anything other than "anything else?" Later I asked for ranch and she just said "it's in there" and dismissed me.
The most important part, the food...was okay but not nearly as enjoyable as the last time we got the same burgers at a different Carl's. They were a bit smashed together and sad looking this time.

I’m I’ve come here since I’ve started working across the street . I used to get good service right up until these last 3 times I’ve come here . Hair in my food and specifically asking for things to be left off of me food then taking a bite and seeing it’s there is a slap in the face and a waste of money. Don’t come here unless it’s the last thing that’s open. They don’t respect their customers and the phone line to call in and speak to someone doesn’t work.

Worst experience ever, I asked for bacon on a burger and they didn't add bacon. I said no cheese on a second burger and they added cheese. I asked for an additional fry and they didn't give it to me. I got home checked my order and went back. I gave her the burger with cheese so they could make me a new one without cheese. When I got home the manager had given me the very same burger with cheese now it was a cold burger. So pissed off. Never ever going back there again. CHECK YOUR ORDERS.....

Slow service. Onion rings were old, Grease, cold. Looks like they were cooking on oil that was 2 Weeks old. Real expensive place. Hamb were ok. More lettuce. To much. Chicken tenders old and cold. From Miami, on Vacation in Elk Grove California. 1st. Time back in California after 26 years. Disappointed 😞☹️ of Carl's Jr.

Whoever opened today should be docked a hours pay as they didn’t even bother to do their job of actually opening the drive thru or dining room. Went to the drive thru at 7:55 am for a breakfast sandwich. No one bothered to come over the speaker and help me or take my order. I said hello multiple times and honked my horn to let someone know I was there- nothing. Finally went to the window and was simply ignored. Horrible service, especially since drive thru hours are posted right on the drive thru window and was supposed to have been open for an hour apreach! Absolutely ridiculous.

The only reason not 5 stars is the prices
Carla is one of top choices but it gets harder and harder to go there
I always come with a coupon too and it still feels like I'm spending too much for a little
But overall the food is good no issues the service is fine nice efficient
Um ..I will say this and I come with complete and utter respect?? now I can only assume she's the manager but the well figured lady I see often behind the counter is sooooo ????? I'll just say the most delicious looking thing ain't on the menu ???
