I've actually been holding back from doing this for about an over a year and a half now that I've been working in this area. Almost every time I go there I asked for something and they give me what they feel like giving me. I used to order double Angus jalapeno burgers, and they would just give me the regular El Diablo while charging me for the double Angus. I started ordering different things, and they messed those up to. Where I work is kind of far from here so I'm not going to make the drive back and complain. But I think that's what they've been counting on the whole time cuz they just keep on doing it. As expensive as fast food is now, the service is not worth it.

Front counter deny service without knowing if ur a customer or Not .she told me that it’s not a public restroom without knowing if I was going to purchase . It’s food franchise she need to put out a sign on the door hopefully higher-ups can correct her she’s basically refusing service to any potential customers she has a very bad attitude and speak down on customers

The new AI system is horrible. I’ve used it 3 times over the last few months and every time my order is either incorrect, or the AI is unresponsive. It may save money… but long term customers will move on to a different place.
Vegetarian options: Best vegetarian option , the beyond burger, was discontinued. Not very vegetarian friendly.

Stellar restaurant, food was great. Just one thing, there are beggars in the parking lot that ruin the experience of eating around your restaurant. Please hire security, not sure where else to raise this issue.

I just left the for breakfast The older Indian lady is very rude had an attitude when I asked her a question then pretty much swung my bag at me and said here! I snatched my food and drove off definitely won’t be returning to this location they need better staff it’s not my fault you’re old and still working in fast food! Should have got a better career sweets.
The Elk Grove Florin Rd, Sacramento, California. Hasn't had AC for two years!!! We have had record breaking heat this year alone & the property management has offered nothing but measly little fans for cooling. These working conditions are completely unacceptable. Had to get food to go because it was so hot.

I went in and the computer went down when the assistant manager or supervisor put my card into the machine. The transaction went thru on my bank but since their computer went down and did not generate a receipt she said it did not go thru and was not given food. We are on second week disputing that charge that they say “they can not find” even after showing the transaction from my bank and they still have not given me my money back. If it was a small amount I would let it go, but it was $51.
I see that the owner has the same response to all bad reviews. I contacted corporate and they told me management for the area restaurant will get a hold of me in 3 days…. Here we are day 4 and nothing yet. They are refusing to refund my money because their computer went down, stating the transaction does not appear on their end …. But someone took my money… this after I have given them proof that it was debited from my bank.

I drove up late night around 11.30pm and bought 3 chicken sandwich from here and found hair of their employee wrapped around the chicken!! Employee was rude and i noticed she didnt wear a hair net, when i showed her the hair on the chicken she was claiming it wasnt hers and threw the sandwich off the drive through window and just shut the window and walked back inside without resolving the matter. I have been here many times but today was the worst experience with this rude lady!
