Carls Jr. never disappoints! The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. I love their CrissCut fries—perfectly crispy every time. The staff was friendly, and my order came out fast and hot. Definitely my go-to spot for a satisfying meal!

I go to this location 3 times a week on my way to work for breakfast. Just thought to share my great experiences the crasher is very helpful and she has the best customer service experience always smiling and greeting so well and my food is always hot and fresh thank you for a great customer service.

I came in with a group of people, we all ordered separately. The person at the front kept walking away for a few minutes at a time in between each order so it did take longer than necessary to order. I placed my order and she took my card behind the counter around the corner and charged me. I watched my order sit on the back counter for more than 10 minutes before they handed it out. It was lukewarm at best when I got it. Then my order was incorrect. No one was at the front and I didn’t have time to wait around for them to remake the correct order so now I have nothing to eat and I’m out 15$

I went thru the drive thru about 12:00-1230ish..and I had got my order..the I asked if I can order another strawberry milkahShake and the VERY RUDE LADY yelled at me telling me to go back thru the drive thru..let me say that all the milkshakes come outta the machine..WAT HAPPENED TO THE HAND SCOOPED SHAKE???SO OK, THEN SHE YELLED TO MANY CUSTOMA...SO I WENT AROUND AGAIN TO ORDER ANOTHER STRAWBERRY MILKAHSHAKE...NOT ON CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU BUT ME..THEN SHE LEFT ME SITING THERE FOR A FEW MINUTES...NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY..THEN I PROCEED UP TO THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW AND SAT THERE FOR WAY TOO LONG..SO MY EXPERINCE HERE AT C.JS ON SHELDON ROAD???NEVER AGAIN U WILL C ME OR MY FAMILY THERE EVER AGAIN...MY TASTE FOR C.JS GONE FOR EVER WHICH SUCKS..IT WAS MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT...SEE HOW ONE BAD APPLE CAN SPOIL IT FOR EVERYBODY..AND MY BACON CHEESE BURGER TASTED VERY SOGGY AND COLD...I TOOK ONE BITE SPIT IT OUT THE WINDOW..THE REST OF THAT BURGER IS GOING TO MY .LAB....TO CHECK FOR CONTAMINATION...

Rude workers didn’t repeat our order to make sure despite us asking. Other fast food restaurants can add onto orders but we have to do it 1 at a time? Food took over half an hour. Workers right now seem to have a power trip. Would not recommend when there’s a Taco Bell right next to it.

Customer service sucks, only 2 workers, one in the kitchen and one in the counter doing both dine in and drive thru. It could’ve been better if they have more employees working during busy hours

Fries were barely warm, tasted like they had been reheated. My sons shake was very runny. The famous star and grilled chicken sandwiches were good.
