The food was good and service was great especially the person taking our order I forgot her name but it started with an M. We got our food within 5 minutes, the dining area and bathroom was clean . The location was also convenient and didn’t have to drive too far from the freeway.

Very rarely will you find someone in the service industry who just makes your day with excellent service and a great attitude. This morning was one of those times. Teresa, who worked the front counter and drive thru, worked very hard to make sure I had everything I wanted and even came back and asked if I enjoyed my meal. If you’re ever in the neighborhood of this particular Carl’s Jr. in the morning, you should take the time to eat inside.

I went in to use the restroom and get food. Omg it stinks so bad in there and the bathroom doesn’t smell any better. I’m not sure what in the world that smell is, but it definitely stopped me from getting food. I was breathing through my mouth. Could not wait to get out of there

What is this? I've gotten their new queso cheese from another location, a few times, and it has NEVER looked like this. The cheese is old and clumpy-nasty. Yuk. That's not queso, that's disgusting.

Carls Jr. never disappoints! The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. I love their CrissCut fries—perfectly crispy every time. The staff was friendly, and my order came out fast and hot. Definitely my go-to spot for a satisfying meal!

I go to this location 3 times a week on my way to work for breakfast. Just thought to share my great experiences the crasher is very helpful and she has the best customer service experience always smiling and greeting so well and my food is always hot and fresh thank you for a great customer service.

I came in with a group of people, we all ordered separately. The person at the front kept walking away for a few minutes at a time in between each order so it did take longer than necessary to order. I placed my order and she took my card behind the counter around the corner and charged me. I watched my order sit on the back counter for more than 10 minutes before they handed it out. It was lukewarm at best when I got it. Then my order was incorrect. No one was at the front and I didn’t have time to wait around for them to remake the correct order so now I have nothing to eat and I’m out 15$
