The best deal and quality in Elk Grove. Lunch special is 7 days a week until 3:00PM for $10.99. See images for huge portion size. Dinner special is only $3 more and also worth it. Highly Recommend!

Every dish that I’ve had here has been a notch above what I would expect at a standard Chinese food joint. More fresh more Flavorful… It has become my top spot for Chinese in Elk

I have lunch and dinner at Chef Bo in Elk Grove many times. I often get my order to go there as well. They always have good service. The food is average to good. I like their dining room, which is very comfortable. Parking in front of Chef Bo in the shopping center parking lot is easy and safe. I'm sure I will dine there again!

Super straightforward service. I ordered the chow fun (beef) and it's a tiny bit more expensive than what I would like to pay. I think 12 would be preeeetty ideal but it was like 14.41 with taxes. Anyways, it was great! They basically filled up my plate and had a good amount of beef.

Essentially, it tasted like the chow fun I ate growing up sooooo it hits the spot as a first gen asian guy. The chili sauce doesn't have a vinegary taste so be warned haha it's w/e no harm there. The lunch and happy hour prices are crazy good which unfortunately the chow fun was not a part of.

Bug in my garlic bok choy. Contacted Grubhub because that's who I ordered through. The customer service was horrible from the representative who took the call, to the supervisor. Supervisor referred to the bug as "foreign object".... My order was large, I ordered 5 dishes. My children and I ate some of the food before we the bug was noticed. Two of the five dishes are untouched and will be thrown in th garbage. Extremely disappointing!!!

When food was delivered I noticed the food containers were flimsy, and food juices were in the bottom of the bag.

The service was great, but the food was terrible. I would never go back. The Mongolian beef taste like fish and was very tough. The shells were still on the honey, walnut prawns, and the chow mein was mushy.

I am definitely impressed with Chef Bo’s restaurant. Hubby and I decided to have a late lunch/early dinner here. We ordered the honey walnut chicken, Mongolian beef and Singaporean noodle. The whole experience was exceptional. The service was better than expected, the price was reasonable and the dishes were DELISH. We ate around 4pm so we were the only eat-in customers. They understood when there is not too many customers eating in, service should not be slow. We got our food pretty fast after we ordered. The Mongolian beef was exceptional. It had a roasty after taste which you don’t get in a lot of dishes and I see why the Singaporean noodle is a favorite. The noodle was seasoned with the right amount of curry. Too bad we were just in town for shopping. If they were near our home, I can see coming here every week.Quality: A++Service: A++Price: $$Recommendation: Order the Mongolian beef. Highly recommended. Hubby can’t handle spicy foods but this dish had the right amount of bite that hubby could eat and enjoy.

This Is the best Chinese food I have ever eaten! I don't like eating Chinese food from just anywhere its got to be made with care and They do that at Chef Bo. I even asked to substitute the chicken for shrimp in my veggies and they didn't even bat an eye they just simply said "Yes no problem!" Best service ever and they even put cardboard between my too takeout boxes so no food would leak in my bag. Love this place!
