I visited Chicago Fire last Thursday with family. When we got there, the guy at the front greeted us and seated us super fast. It was somewhat hard to see/read the menu since it was somewhat dark. Cheyenne was our waitress, and she was polite and constantly checking in on us. The food was delicious and came out super fast. We loved the pesto ranch with the fried bites. I'm hoping to get the same server when we come back.

I made a reservation for 4 people on Sunday, 4/21/24 at 5pm. The online reservation process was smooth and modifying it was easy. Our party arrived and was quickly greeted and sat at our table. We went to Chicago Fire because we wanted the deep dish pizza which takes about 45 minutes to bake so we ordered right away. Unfortunately, their oven broke in the middle of baking our pizzas. Our server Angie and the General Manager (sorry I didn't catch her name) were very attentive and let us know our options. They said it'll take an hour for the back up oven to heat up and another 45 minutes to bake the pizzas. We were willing to wait because we really wanted the deep dish pizza, but 30 minutes later we were told the back up oven also wasn't working. Disappointed that it's been almost 2 hours now, we just ordered other items from the menu. Which came out pretty quick and were all delicious. We were glad we had a chance to try their other items. The service here is amazing! The staff, our server Angie and the General Manager are friendly, communicative, and went above and beyond and more to salvage the night. This was my second time here and it was for a Birthday celebration. Although it wasn't what we expected this time, we still left very satisfied and had a pleasant experience. We will be back again!

Went to Chicago fire for a Birthday celebration. Our server Angie was excellent. Everyone's food looked delicious. I had the chicken parm and it was great. Our sever never missed a beat our water was filled and at the end she help serve our cake. There was 8 of us and she got our order in correctly. The restaurant was a little slow for a Saturday which worked out for us. I would definitely go back there again.

We had the deep dish pizza and drinks. We ate outside. It was nice. The service was good, the pizza was pretty good. I don't know if I'd call it authentic deep dish- but it was good.

I came in with my family and had the deep dish the server Adri recommended. It was awesome, the service was excellent, the food came out perfect and we all had a great time. Will return for sure.

Just came in for appetizers. I ordered the fried zucchini and fried artichoke hearts. They were delicious. The both the artichoke and zucchini was tender on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. I can't wait to come back. I had very nice servers in the bar area. Faith and Adry. Super nice!

Just made me a special sausage sandwich dog!! it's amazing !! Fire needs to bring this back please !! It's delicious please !!!!

Amazing restaurant, the staff are very professional and friendly. I was greeted by Lussiano the host at the front who was very welcoming and sat us at a booth. The ambiance was relaxing and the food delicious. I had the pear chicken salad and it tasted Devine! Our waiter was amazing also!!!! Great place for a night out.

We love to get the spinach salad to go. A large will last us a few days and it is wonderful. I do order spaghetti with a single meatball. The last time there was no meatball and the time before there 2 so I guess I'm equal? I'll have to check from now on since counting to 2 is an issue :) Honestly though I love Chicago Fire and enjoy eating in also!

I visited with my brother and niece, and the atmosphere and service were perfect for us. Lindsay was very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our time very regularly, updated us on the timing of our deep dish pizza, and even provided entertainment for my niece in the form of a dough ball which became her new favorite thing on Earth. Great service from start to finish. The appetizers were delicious (special shout out to cilantro ranch dip) while the pizza was well priced and more than enough for the table. I very much enjoyed my time there.

We were invited to have lunch with my brother and sister in-laws and they chose to meet us at Chicago Fire in Elk Grove. We found the decor very inviting and clean. The bar is beautiful and offers a variety of cocktails as well as a very nice collection of whiskey that you can also order in flights where you get to choose four whiskeys of your choice. We have been back two more times since our initial visit and have not been disappointed with the decor, food or service. Our most recent visit we called ahead and ordered or deep dish Abe Froman pizza because they take about 40 minutes to bake. Upon arrival we were quickly seated and told that our pie would be ready in about ten minutes. We ordered a trio of meatballs appetizer and shared a grilled pear salad with Gorgonzola and pecans...delicious! All the food was wonderfully delicious and our cocktails were wonderful as well. My wife had the raspberry lemon drop and I had a very crisp lager. Our server (I think her name was Lindsey) was extremely attentive and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience!
