HUMAN FINGERNAIL FOUND in lemonade! I made a complaint two weeks ago and nothing has happened. I sent TWO emails to this location with pictures and no replies so I will put it here so other people can be aware.
Customer service is always excellent, I've NEVER had an incorrect order, they deserve the great pay!!!

The food itself is good if you get the correct order, but the service has definitely gone down at this specific location. The teens during the late afternoon and the evening stare at you blankly (don’t greet you) as you walk in and stand there. Other locations don’t let you just take food, and I wouldn’t want them to. That’s how orders end up missing. This location didn’t always let you do that, so the workers need to lose the attitude when they come across someone who isn’t aware of the pick-up order policy or lack thereof. They look snobby instead of hoping to help someone. A couple of the young ladies are always mean-mugging and side-eyeing people. That’s a horrible image.
