Excellent location, staff and managers here are extremely attentive to my gluten allergy and don't take it out on my scoop size (like some others lol)

Have never once gotten sick here, even while I was going thru cancer treatment and feel very confident that I never will. Really great staff at this location. Meat is always salted just right too.

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to the counters are always dirty the employees are young and incompetent I came in yesterday around 4 pm there was rice all over the counter only 2 employees standing around and they ran out of everything they need new employees and new cook their was rice all over the counter how do u run out of everything and not have fresh food coming out I was completely floored!! Do better!!! The food is always just ok at this location I only come here because it’s close but I dread it they need a makeover fast!!!

This is the Chipotle location we usually go to when we crave for it. Stopped by here after trick or treating and got some burrito bowls for us and quesadillas for the kids. Food is good but meat portions are always skimpy even when paying for extra.

7:30 Pm — 24 Oct 25 the lady and the guy working behind the counter were very disrespectful and rude. Hopefully they get educated.

I am speaking on my daughter’s behalf because she has been food poisoned by the Chipotle on Bruceville and Laguna. My phone call to this location went straight to an automated system saying that they couldn’t take calls.
Either way it doesn’t matter how this gets addressed; I am angry and frustrated that Chipotle’s lack of cooking has caused my daughter to get sick.
If this company is making money from us the least they can do is be MORE mindful of their food preparation and deliverance!!!!
We will no longer trust you with our meals and honestly we make better rice and beans!!

We have doordashed or ordered online through this location 3 times and every time they have messed up our order. This last order they missed a whole bowl. I wouldn’t order through them, they can’t follow simple directions on what you put in the order.

Employees have have the nastiest attitudes at this location. Girl who was serving my bowl was acting as if the chicken was coming straight from her paycheck absolutely ridiculous never again.

I asked for extra rice, but they didn't give me any with my five-bowl order. I repeated that I wanted a double portion of rice and beans, but they ignored me.

UpdTe 6/21/25: had to downgrade one star. Ordered kids quesadilla with barbacoa. They did not put cheese in the quesadilla. verified it was supposed to have cheese in it, after all it is part of the name (queso is Spanish for cheese) and one of the options is cheese only which implies that it does come with cheese even if you get meat on it.

One of my favorite fast-food mexican-style food restaurants, If you plan to get food from them during high peak times, best to plan in advance and order on-line (at least an hour before) because the line gets really long.
