Chipotle Mexican Grill

My order had double everything and this bowl isn’t even a regular portion, and the food is over salted. definitely recommend a different Chipotle.

I asked for extra rice, but they didn't give me any with my five-bowl order. I repeated that I wanted a double portion of rice and beans, but they ignored me.

Look the portion they gave to me. That’s why I stop going to chipotle for a while. Never again.

UpdTe 6/21/25: had to downgrade one star. Ordered kids quesadilla with barbacoa. They did not put cheese in the quesadilla. verified it was supposed to have cheese in it, after all it is part of the name (queso is Spanish for cheese) and one of the options is cheese only which implies that it does come with cheese even if you get meat on it.

One of my favorite fast-food mexican-style food restaurants, If you plan to get food from them during high peak times, best to plan in advance and order on-line (at least an hour before) because the line gets really long.

By far the smallest portion of food I’ve ever gotten from a Chipotle. Each portion was approximately 1/2 scoop (rice, beans, meat, etc.)

Not bad that’s all what I can say I am thought will be better, but Coca-Cola is it end nobody ever refill it, water is bad. atmosphere is good personal is good service not very good.

The front server was rude and seemed like his boyfriend didn’t talk to him in the morning. He gave me half a portion of chicken and was too lazy to add more.

Maybe it was because I came in an hr before closing time but the boys looked tired and it wasn’t welcoming but I get it probably had a long day no worries or just got done with a rush. Chips were stale but my food was still hittinggggg

The food was great has usual. Thank God because I live 86 Miles away from this location but this still satisfied the craving we expected.

The customer service is nowhere to be found here. The bag of chips were stale. The burrito was great.
