I bit into a bone 🦴 and sent the feedback to chipotle feedback and never heard anything back from them. Yes I requested them to. Plus the meat was cold. Not much worse than a cold burrito that was made three minutes before!!!!!! And the darn chips were stale!!!!! They used to care

Food was ok. The lime rice was extra on the lime last week i went. Also the person that started our order had headphones in ears and he couldn't hear our order well, it's loud in there anyways.

Disgusting food and service. Paid $25 for lunch for myself and two bites into my bowl I found a piece of plastic from the produce. The only thing more disgusting was the so-called managers attitude. She refused me a refund or gift card & only offered me a blank stare as if I had done something wrong. You would think they would be a little more concerned about their already shameful reputation. Sad, still hungry and very disappointed.

This is the go to place for my family, but recently the amount of food in burritos and burrito bowls decreased significantly. It turns out the amount of food is highly correlated to chipotle stock price 🤣🤣

Serves ingredients like it's coming out of their paychecks. That said.... gonna keep coming here

The food was great,they never disappoint. They communicate well with each other,and they help the customers very well. The food is always cooked and they give me the right amount of meat. Can't think of anything negative to say about this Chipotle.

They are nice and the food is good

They consistently mark my mobile order as ready for pick up and I am always waiting a solid 10 minutes everytime. Also they never put the food on the shelf, claiming people steal. So what?! I'm there early marking my pick up time, let the customer deal with being late and someone stealing their food. Then they give you hella attitude when you mention how it's marked as ready for pick up but isn't ready. The employee starts making different orders food while I'm standing there waiting too i felt out of spite. There was no one else inside so what's taking so long? Also while I wait 3 other people come in and I ask if theyre marked as ready as well and they said yeah. So they're lying just to claim they get you the food by the "promised" time. The manager is not training the employees well or holding them accountable.

I give them one bc there is no 0, the woman who seems like manager, SHE IS SO RUDE, i order a bowl to go, and stand there waiting for check, but the woman just on the side figure out stuff, ignoring me several mins, and suddenly her head is up telling me “you are 11 O9, she not even on the cashier table, so idk what her mean by that, i said wdym, she just keep saying 11O9 with annoying tone, she still not in the cashier table. Omg I was shocked, and i found out later it was the $11.09. Why don’t just came to cashiers table and said “your total will be 11O9, would you like to pay by cash or card?” Is that hard to be polite?
