Chipotle Mexican Grill

Out of all the chipotle’s in the area this is my go-to. No stingy servings, lines are usually short, and it’s very easy to park and exit the area.

I really enjoy being able to customize what goes into my bowl, salad, or burrito here. The new honey chipotle chicken was delicious and packed with flavor.

The only challenge for us is that there aren’t any non-spicy meat options for my boys, who don’t enjoy heat yet. They try the different meats each time, but they always end up saying they’re too spicy. It would be great to have at least one mild, no-heat protein option on the menu.

The service was great. There was clearly a newer employee at the front, but she answered all of our questions patiently and did a really nice job. And the chips are always delicious!

This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever ordered from. Almost every time, my order is incorrect.

Tonight, I called to have my bowl remade because it had an excessive amount of sour cream - it looked like an entire container was dumped on it. When I called, I was met with attitude instead of a solution.

This experience was extremely disappointing. Please do better.

My bowl was made like the place was on fire. Every spoon full lor half full spoon was just sloped in the bowl. I had to ask her to put more of almost everything in the bowl. And I was the only one in the restaurant no need to hurry.

I ordered EXTRA rice and EXTRA beans, and this is what I got. Look at the bowl. This isn’t “extra” — this is barely standard, and honestly feels like leftovers scraped from the bottom of the pan.

The rice is practically nonexistent, the beans are thinly scattered, and the whole bowl looks sad, dry, and rushed. When you pay extra for extra portions, the expectation isn’t to play Where’s Waldo with the food.

Chipotle used to be known for generous bowls. Now it feels like portion control has turned into portion punishment. If this is what “extra” looks like, I’d hate to see what regular is.

Overpriced, skimpy, and disappointing. Do better. And be consistent with your portions, you must be under new management because it’s gone downhill and fast.

So, I don't even care about my food. This dude came in and ordered the biggest friggin burrito I've ever seen in my life. 3 tortillas, 4 scoops of rice, 4 scoops of beans, hella extra pico and corn, with sour cream, cheese and lettuce. The pile was so big I had no idea how it was gonna fit even using 3 tortillas. This young lady working the counter handled that like she wasn't even phased. Please give her a raise.

I bit into a bone 🦴 and sent the feedback to chipotle feedback and never heard anything back from them. Yes I requested them to. Plus the meat was cold. Not much worse than a cold burrito that was made three minutes before!!!!!! And the darn chips were stale!!!!! They used to care

Food was ok. The lime rice was extra on the lime last week i went. Also the person that started our order had headphones in ears and he couldn't hear our order well, it's loud in there anyways.

Disgusting food and service. Paid $25 for lunch for myself and two bites into my bowl I found a piece of plastic from the produce. The only thing more disgusting was the so-called managers attitude. She refused me a refund or gift card & only offered me a blank stare as if I had done something wrong. You would think they would be a little more concerned about their already shameful reputation. Sad, still hungry and very disappointed.

This is the go to place for my family, but recently the amount of food in burritos and burrito bowls decreased significantly. It turns out the amount of food is highly correlated to chipotle stock price 🤣🤣

Serves ingredients like it's coming out of their paychecks. That said.... gonna keep coming here
