I will never go to this chipotle ever again. The manager Roxy, Roxanne is extremely rude and aggressive to guests- even when small children are present.The interaction first started when I was trying to order myself a bowl to go and a kids meal to go. I used to work at chipotle, so I KNOW extra rice on bowls aren’t extra. You can have as much rice, salsa, beans, etc besides the guac, Queso and meat- those are extra. They tried to scam me and say that they gave me “portion size” of rice. Although PORTIONS don’t matter when it isn’t anything that costs extra. The manager Roxy YELLED at me in front of my two year old and said if I worked there before I should KNOW the portion sizes. But that DOES NOT MATTER when ordering a bowl. Anyways, I said I didn’t care about the price and tried to let it go. But then the line employee who put in another scoop, very pettyly scooped an extremely small amount. Sure, wrongly charge me for extra rice on a BOWL, but to be that petty, over rice?? And she smirked at me. Don’t get me wrong I didn’t care about anything besides the moral of it all. They were all extremely rude. The manager then started speaking in Spanish to another team member and little does she know I SPEAK SPANISH TOO. She said terrible things. I hope their corporate manager Jerry does something about it. It was extremely inappropriate behavior by those two employees. This location has gone extremely downhill since COVID.

I honestly love chipotle, but the quantity should be equivalent to price. Meaning workers shouldn’t shy away from filling my bowl. It ruins my appetite and mood to see one tiny scoop of rice to start with and have to ask them for more rice. Its. RICE!!!! It’s Inflation, I get it but they have adjusted their prices accordingly, but the quantity of food has degraded. Take this into account and try to fix your store.

I just ordered burritos for my family and my burrito was completely wrong. Even though the sticker on there is correct. I'm super disappointed it had just beans meat and rice, wrong beans wrong rice. My veggies, lettuce, cheese and salsas were missing. So frustrated. I informed them of the mistake and the automated response was sorry but problem solved we gave you a free drink for a limited time. What the heck!!! We never get drinks. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time our order has been wrong, it's not like they just forgot 1 or 2 things 5 things missing 2 things wrong. Problem was not solved they should have offered a burrito in the future or a refund. I understand things happen but this is not good customer service. We are going to have to move on to the other Chipotles and hope for better.

Slow service, small portions and poor food quality pretty much sums up this place. Ordered online a burrito bowl and they managed to mess it all up. Tried the carne asada meat and they were burnt, tough and chewy. Asked for extra rice and corn and did not get it right. Not even the chipotle honey vinaigrette dressing could save this meal. Never again.

Ah yes, one of the worst chipotle locations I've had the displeasure of visiting. This isn't my first disappointment here, so I figured it was time to leave a review.The server was nice at the beginning. Served the standard serving of rice and beans. Although not his fault, the fajita veggies were more like fresh onions and bell peppers that maybe passed over the flattop for 10 seconds. Then to the meat. I'm really not sure when the employees started serving the meat like it was coming out of their own paychecks, but he didn't even serve a full scoop of chicken. Then when my wife said "can I have just a little more meat" he gave her 5 more pieces and then charged for "double meat." We had to ask the salsa person for more because the original, plus the five pieces were barely a standard serving. I, like a lot of people, have been eating at chipotle since around 2000, and I recall the times where it was near impossible for me to finish my burrito. Fast forward to now where I can eat it and think about getting something else. I was a wayyy bigger eater in 2000 also. Anyway, huge disappointment, and they have been stacking so I'm close to giving up on what used to be a very solid, go-to lunch option. Addition: Chipotle is sending me this link to share my experience, but I have done this at least 3 times in the past and I have never received a response. Do better Chipotle...it's not that difficult.

Burrito BowlThis is the smallest bowl I have ever received, the workers kept under serving me which does not help with my anorexia. Then I asked for extra cheese and they wouldn't give it to me, the worker would only give me a pinch of cheese each time. And when I asked for guacamole they gave me the lousiest scoop ever and this all costed $20, they lost me as a future customer. Terrible place and atmosphere

I always enjoy my meal at chipotle. The food is consistent and the amount of food you receive leaves me satisfied. This particular location is just ok. The employees are normally friendly, but we have had a few that definitely need to be retained. The only reason I chose other locations is the cleanliness of the lobby and the smaller size of the lobby. We have encountered issues finding clean tables on several occasions. I will say that the new chicken al pastor is definitely my favorite.

I wish I had taken a picture of just how dirty, messy, and unsanitary this store was on March 24th between 9 and 9:30pm. All of the food service and food prep counters were dirty with food parts & scraps spread all about. They ran out of several toppings and were scraping the bottom of serving containers for the last bits. Production stopped for a while so they could make more salsa and beans as the line grew almost out the door. I chose not to eat my meal out of fear of food poisoning. #Never_Again!
