Young asian girl working the window was totally disrespectful to me. I was picking up an order that wasn’t ready when I got there because they didn’t make it and the girl at the window was totally rude and obnoxious to me. She argued with me and she talked back to me, both orders that I picked up were totally wrong. People like her have no business working with public. ?

The food is overly salty, contains minimal meat, and is significantly overpriced. Clearly taking customers for granted. Being a regular customer for Chipotle..Very Disappointed !

Been here three times and each time I regret coming to this specific chipotle location. Never had a positive experience. This location and the one by Franklin and Elk Grove blvd is the same distance from my house and I will be going that that one going forward. The perk of this one is chipotlane(not rlly a perk). But let me tell you about it. It’s mainly with customer service I’m not satisfied with. First time, young lady seemed to hate her job. Was not happy. “Have a good day!” No response from her but a sour face. I always try to be nice to people in customer service bc I know it can be draining. But from the moment I walked in I seemed like I was a bother to her. It was unpleasant and made me feel bad for ordering food. Second time nice young man running the stand by himself while a bunch of girls were chitchatting by the window area of the Chipotle lane. They were out of chicken and rice. He let the guys in the back know three times. No one came to refill. He looked like he was doing all the work and nobody else was helping him. They didn’t have any food prep so the lady in front of me ordering had to wait for them to cook it then complete her order. Felt bad for him because he looked overwhelm. Third time used the chipotlane ordered ahead of time and came to pick it up. Didn’t want to experience the same encounters previously. Waited at the lane for 8 whole minutes. I could see people inside this was at around 8:16pm didn’t seem busy. I thought they didn’t see me. So I honked my horn enough for them to hear me. So I just waited maybe they’re still working on it I thought. Got my food at 8:24PM eventually someone opened the window after I honked 3 times. I was just being ignored. My food was ready, just sitting there. Thought it was supposed to be express. No one seems to pay attention or care at this location. They’re there to socialize. Won’t be naming names as their names are on the receipt. But this location needs better training.

Ordered a veggie 'salad' bowl for drive thru pickup. It was wet from undrained beans on the bottom with barely any lettuce which were sparse, soggy leaves. The lettuce mostly consisted of the butt ends/stubs of romaine lettuce stalks. It was pretty gross but I'm stuck with it unless I go into the store. I tried online and they didn't do anything about it. Make one at home or go to a taqueria. You're better off...

Chicken in my burrito was burnt and mild salsa had an ugly old yellowish tint to it and tasted terrible as a whole. Worst chipotle in Elk Grove. How is the newest one the worst?

2 stars It is understandable that chipotle is not true authentic Mexican food. However, when orders are placed, and options selected - the order is still not correct. I placed a pick up order on 2/16 for pickup at 1:10. I requested both extra lettuce (in burrito) and napkins/utensils (in bag). I did not receive either. Unfortunately, I did not notice what was in my burrito until it was open and consumed.

Morgan hill Chipotle must had a new wake up call. I went there last week and things seem to turn around. It's cleaner, more organized. And they actually fill up the to go bowl. Still need more work.

Good food at a reasonable price in an atmosphere of an industrial sheik.Service was excellent and the dining area was clean and we'll maintained.All and all a pleasant dining experience.

Used the app to order for pick up in the Chipotlane - picked up 1 min before my requested pick up time (I had an errand to run on the way), drove less than 5 min home and found they had shorted me the side of guacamole that I ordered and the food was stone cold. Used the chatbot in the app to let them know about the missing item - they "gifted" me a "free" side of guacamole that I have to redeem in three days. When I tried to let them know about the food being cold, the chatbot said they had already addressed my complaint and it ended the chat. I would have limited my "stay away" rating to this location only, but now I'm inclined to stay away from any Chipotle at any time.

This is third time ordered burrito here and food quality was awful. They missed order item and the burrito was very salty that I was not able to finish it. I wanted to get refund, but AI system only gave two drinks credits which I don’t drink sodas. The management need to improve the quality of food here.
