The woman at the front counter was an absolute bitch, didn't smile didn't welcome me in. The quesadilla I got was only a half size and I didn't get a full portion of rice or beans. They put avocado and two extremely soggy chips in my beans? who does that? I asked for a side of limes and she charge a dollar for literally 3 quarter sized lime peices and they charge $4.75 for chips. She didn't tell me there was a card fee and the food honestly is just a flop. I guess she could tell I wasn't happy because she followed me to the front door and watched me get in my car for some reason. Bug fucking no on cilantros go to the Mexican restaurant across the street if you want mexican that bad because this place is just not worth it.

Dropped in real quick, just to get a taco. I was very pleasantly surprised by their California taco. I like the crispy fried corn tortillas and this was perfectly cooked, nice and crispy, but not dripping with oil or anything. The shredded beef was very tasty, tender, and moist. They were out of stuff like bottled water, but the food is really good. I have to stop in again and try some of their other offerings.

I was in the area and stopped due to the convenient location. I ordered chips and salsa and a taco plate. The chips and salsa were really good. They fry their own tortillas which I like. The taco plate was just ok. The tacos and rice were barely warm. The server was very friendly and checked on me a couple of times. The restaurant is cute with colorful cloth tablecloths. They play nice music and the atmosphere was relaxing. For me it was just ok. I do not think I will return.

A great family owned restaurant! Located on the East side of Elk Grove, past Old Town. We're always greeted very warmly, and the place feels homey. The parking was pretty open when we came during Saturday around noon. We usually get the birria tacos (a must!), pozole and menudo. This place is my go to for those food items and hasn't changed for a few years now. Will continue to come and support them.

The food here is usually pretty good but I was shocked when I pulled this out of my mouth from my burrito. Seems to be wood and it was sharp. Very disappointing. I can't imagine if my child had taken a bite and swallowed this

My boyfriend and I love coming here after church almost every weekend. The food is delicious. I'm a fan of spicy food, so the Chile Colorado is my favorite. My bf likes the breakfast omelette. The service never fails to impress.

Food was nothing to brag about, mediocre at best but nothing to complain about either. Disappointed that chips or drinks do not come with a meal but overall I had a satisfactory dinner.

We drive over an hour to try their Burria tacos and it didn't disappoint! We came here on a Sunday and the staff was super friendly and warned us it was going to be anywhere from 45 -60 minute wait. Heck....we drove an hour, so what's another hour? It did take an hour for our tacos and we ordered a side of rice and beans. We also added a Michelada and a shrimp tostada. Everything was delicious! The Michelada was in a soup container and I couldn't finish it!. The Birria tacos were better than ones I've had in my area. I'm glad Yelp got me out of my comfort zone !

The delicious aroma in the air is enticing before entering. Quent ambience but don't let that deter you for your in for a treat of flavorful authentic Mexican quédense cuisine. Buen apetito.

Terrible, slow service. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 tacos and 1 burrito. No one stopped at our table to address the situation. When I asked the about it, lame excuse about so many orders before us. Mind you there was only 1 family in the restaurant who was receiving their food as we arrived. Even with take out orders, dine in people should receive good service and their food in a timely manner. Will never come here again!!

The Birria tacos along with the service were excellent. Restaurant is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. We will be coming back!
