Hate to leave a bad review but.... ordered the center of the roll. It was absolutely the outer part of the roll cut into pieces. Very dry, semi hard outer roll. Ive had these at arden location and they were ooey, gooey, inside. My husband recently got the mini pretzel dogs. They were so hard on one side that my daughter couldn't bite thru them. He returned them and the new batch was much better, hence the extra star. Disappointed. If they do not step up their game, will probably close like everything else in elk grove.

Tide Pods

I love the one in Arden, I’ve attempted this place on many occasions and it just sucks. First the kids working there are really under trained, rude, and clearly unable to execute minimal tasks. The place is small and cramped and really cold at every time of the year. The auntie Ann pretzel stuff are good until your mouth is covered in oil after 3 bites, the Cinnabon is overall trash, you’ll ask for fresh rolls and they’ll give it to you cold every single time. The options are cool in theory but they suck at making it, honestly. And lastly they’re so damn expensive, they charge so much for a little frosting and cheese. 7$ for the “middle of the roll” lol.
In summary, this business seems to be in horrible hands, clearly a slacking franchise owner abusing a company’s good name. Should be dealt with.

I received a reward just for signing up free 4 mini Cinnabon when I went to go and retrieve them, they told me I needed to add my debit card information. They were going to charge me $.21. I asked why am I being charged $.21 when it’s reward and it’s free I don’t like putting much Personal information on my phone, especially anything associated with my bank account. I asked if I could pay the $.21 in cash and they said no think they need to work with their customer service along with their rewards and quit misleading faults information.

Terrible customer service. I ordered online but they ran out of regular sized rolls and offered to replace my order with a mini roll. Last time I checked, a normal roll is not the same size as a mini roll. They said they cancelled my order but my credit card still shows the payment posted with no refund. I may need to do a charge back. Horrible experience.

The prices are extremely high, I had to get 4 and it cost over $28. I will never pay that much again, I was shocked! They weren't even as good as I remembered.

They have horrible communication skills. Poor customer service. I called multiple times and never get an answer. Hopefully they respond to thos review. Because I just spent $50 and didn't receive my order. And I have my receipt. (Sad)
