Had a solid experience here when we walked in less than an hour before closing. Elijah was very kind and let us know about their weekly deals that were exclusive to this store. Not only did we get superior service but our mini rolls were baked fresh. It’s impossible to walk in and not buy something here. With good service and fresh baked cinnamon pastries, you really can’t beat it. Highly recommend stopping on here in person to shop their daily deals!

Elijah, the closing manager at Cinnabon on Orchard Loop, was so nice. His customer service, with just our short interaction, was amazing. He seemed to take great pride in his job, we had a nice little conversation, and he was just overall very welcoming. He didn't rush me or seem annoyed even though it was close to closing time on a Friday night. Also the music wasnt too loud or inappropriate for a business. I know that's not a big deal but I hate having to yell over super loud music just to order. I usually dont write reviews unless I had an exceptionally good experience or a bad one, and this was definitely good. I can see why he's the manager. Thanks again Elijah.

Had to get a smog and looked to the left and seen Cinibon. Of course I had to stop, parking was a little limited but once I made it in. Oh yummy. Elijah had perfect customer service. Friendly and had a friendly smile.

The store was clean and Elijah was very friendly and funny! This was my first time in a stand-alone Cinnabon store outside of a mall and honestly the quality of the buns were way better. We came at the end of the night and the buns were still fresh and soft.

We ordered a cinnapack of 4. The counter gave us as it was baked a week ago. We gave a chance by asking to reheat the cinnabon but to our disappointment of 2x reheating still hard. We asked her for a 3rd time to reheat and still hard. We asked if it was baked a few days ago and she just said yes!! OMG this is horrible...
