Had a solid experience here when we walked in less than an hour before closing. Elijah was very kind and let us know about their weekly deals that were exclusive to this store. Not only did we get superior service but our mini rolls were baked fresh. It’s impossible to walk in and not buy something here. With good service and fresh baked cinnamon pastries, you really can’t beat it. Highly recommend stopping on here in person to shop their daily deals!

Elijah, the closing manager at Cinnabon on Orchard Loop, was so nice. His customer service, with just our short interaction, was amazing. He seemed to take great pride in his job, we had a nice little conversation, and he was just overall very welcoming. He didn't rush me or seem annoyed even though it was close to closing time on a Friday night. Also the music wasnt too loud or inappropriate for a business. Had to get a smog and looked to the left and seen Cinibon. Of course I had to stop, parking was a little limited but once I made it in. Oh yummy. Elijah had perfect customer service. Friendly and had a friendly smile.
