Purchased an ice white mocha. Drank it and got mostly block of sugar from the bottom. Drink wasn’t really sweet and didn’t taste like a white mocha. Disappointed that I kept getting sugar that took all day to dissolved.

Excellent coffee! Everything has a delightful, natural flavor! The whipped cream is genuine; it is not imitation whipped cream! It makes sense why it has more positive reviews than Starbucks. The employees are really courteous and welcoming. They also hand out cards, and if you purchase a drink, they will punch your card; if you receive 10 punches, you receive a free drink. Without a doubt, I'll be returning!

Literally the best coffee I've had in a while. Came here after my hair appointment and got the white espresso with oat milk and an extra shot of espresso...it was absolutely perfect. I may sound like I'm over exaggerating but it really was. I'm just sad i don't live closer/not a local so I could get it more often! Starbucks/Pete's/Dutch Bros could never after having this.

If you get anxious or nervous going through drive thrus or you don't like talking to people, this would be a good place for you. It IS drivethru-only, but I hate the rushed feeling of drive thrus and this didn't have that. It was very relaxed and chill. Also, the two baristas today and the one barista yesterday didn't really interact with me at all except to take my order and then my money, and that was right up my alley. I'm friendly and love talking to people but sometimes I like having an impersonal transaction, and get tired of the forced friendliness baristas are pressured to be, so this was great.Coffee: the coffee was atrocious. Iced coffee was ok, but about the same as Starbucks, with the tangy, sour aftertaste. The hot coffee, though, is awful. The menu you see on Google is incorrect, both coffees were more than listed, which wouldn't have bothered me except that the coffee was so bad. Adding cream and sugar when I got home didn't help at all; usually cream mellows out the acidic or sour taste but it did nothing this time. It was like someone had poured lemonade into my coffee. I might have come on a bad day, because all the other reviews say this is the best coffee in elk Grove, so I hope it's just today. But if this is elk groves best coffee, they're in bad shape.

I came here to get coffee I saw this place here forever. We got caramel macchiato, hot mocha and Italian soda with no whip. The Italian soda I was watching being made the lady realized that we said no whip but she still didn't bother to remake just served it to us as it was.. the attitude of the people working was also not appealing and just answers to questions was rudely responded..
