No one greets you upon coming in. Two workers were working the front and just acted like they didn’t see us. Until Jacqueline came out and helped us out. Looks like she’s working by herself because the others aren’t doing anything.

Such an enjoyable Ice cream experience, Great flavors, great service and a good time.

I have been a frequent customer at this location, always visiting in person, and I've never encountered an issue until now. Today, for the first time, I ordered online and received two quart ice creams that were completely melted, despite living less than ten minutes away from the creamery. When I called to address this, I was informed that I could return them for a remake. However, upon arrival, the staff assessed the situation and claimed they couldn't remake the two quarts because they were lower than expected. Well, of course, they would be after being melted!

The first order was entirely unusable, and the second was so soft it was practically liquid. The manager, or someone claiming to be the manager, expressed concern about reselling melted ice cream, but I pointed out that it shouldn't have been given to me in that condition in the first place. When she suggested I could simply refreeze it, I found that utterly ridiculous. Has she ever tried to refreeze melted ice cream?

Initially, I was met with resistance when I requested either a remake or a refund. I made it clear that I'm a loyal customer who has never lodged a complaint before. This situation has been incredibly disappointing. Additionally, there was a short, dark-haired Asian employee who was very unprofessional and confrontational. Overall, the customer service I received today was subpar and unacceptable. I've also included the first ice cream I received at home and the second remake at home. A big difference.

First 100 degree day of the year and Coming in the line was very long and for good reason there is only one person behind the counter and she is simply taking her time. She had no urgency for the long line or the customers time. What really upset me was she was allowing customers who were purchasing ice cream cakes to come in pick the cake they want and skip the line to pay with 0 regard for the customers who have been waiting in line. To top everything off there was a nat( small bug) in the vanilla lite flavor! I would have told the employee but when I tell you this lady was very nonchalant said nothing to me! I asked to try two flavors in which she used hand gestures but no words to confirm the flavor I picked… I got my ice cream and got the hell out!

They have the worst customer service! Literally only one worker was being polite and actually mixing in the ingredients. They never ask if you want ingredients mixed in and when you do ask to have them mixed in they don't actually mix them in. They need to actually train their workers. You are better off going to the Waterman location.

Great service but I hate this one flavor. Birthday cake remix is gross cuz the brownie and fudge is literally so nasty. It would make more sense with yellow cake.

I hadn’t been to cold stone in so long. Finally went and got my favorite. It was awful, it was melted and warm. The first time ever having a horrible experience.
