Ordered 4 ice creams online for pickup. Got back to work, opened up the bag, only had 3/4 ice creams. Also, instead of cookie dough they gave us chocolate chips in one of the ice creams. I called the store, a female picked up and said “hello?”. Not even “thanks for calling cold stone how can I help you” ? I told her they forgot my ice cream and screwed one up. She said “huh?”. I repeated myself and she said I could come back and pick it up. I told her I didn’t get off work until 10pm TWICE. She took my phone number and told me she was going to call her owner about a refund and I never heard back. Absolutely ridiculous. How you can mess up this badly is really concerning. Will be calling until I get a refund or will dispute the charge.

I went in a week ago and the girl that served me and my husband was just so rude. When we asked if we could try a sample , she rolled her eyes. She also kept asking us the same question over and over about our order and STILL gave us the wrong order. I’m not sure what it is about these employees but they always seem miserable or they completely ignore the customer and are too busy giggling/talking to each other about their personal high school lives.

Poor service. They don't start your online order until you get there 30 minutes later. Then, once I waited about 1 1/2 hrs after the online order was placed and my ice cream was melting. You would think they have a decent freezer for online orders. Wont be going to this location

Didn’t even get to try it. The girls working closed the store 8 minutes early, saying they cleaned everything already even though the closing time was later. Very disappointed in the lazy

It’s been 3 times now that I’ve placed an online order only for them to have not even started preparing the order until showing up at the pickup time! I will absolutely not order from here ever again, having to wait 20 minutes while you prepare my online order NUMEROUS times is unacceptable. And then not offering ANYTHING for the inconvenience is just poor customer service. Oh and don’t worry because in the rush to make the order, ONE OF THEM WAS JUST PLAIN ICE CREAM IN THE WRONG SIZE. Do better.

This location (W Stockton) is our favorite. Today the server (Twinkle) went beyond our expectations. My grandson wanted to taste several flavors and she happily obliged to his request plus went out of her way to decorate his scoops of ice cream. Twinkle had a pleasant and cheery attitude which made our visit super nice.

I was born in Arizona, so I like how they're from Tempe. I'm more of an ice cream than a sorbet person. Nothing is like cold stone ice cream. Everybody loves ice cream. I'm here for a scoop of the Orange Dreamsicle flavor. I used to always get this as a popsicle from the ice cream truck. Nothing is more iconic than Orange Creamsicle. I like their take on it. I can really taste the mellow citrus. Only thing is, I don't know what payment processing they use because it didn't accept my debit card with Visa. So I had to pay with a backup credit card and that went through.

No sense of urgency to help customers. Two of us just standing and waiting while she puts cakes away and organizes them in the freezer? Seems like that can wait for when you have no customers.

Felt like a sewer rat in here. It smelt like someone went #2 behind the register. The heinous smell progressively got worse over time and I had to cancel my order because I was so grossed outIt smelt so bad I was worried poop particles were going to get in my ice cream. Protect your health and go literally anywhere else
