My Go-To protein shakes in Elk Grove. Not only are the drinks amazing, but the owners are great! Super kind, helpful, and so positive! You can feel the energy once you come through door or once you call for a phone order. They also make yummy protein donuts, my favorite is the banana bread, blueberry, and strawberry lemonade. I always get the caramel macchiato with a prolessa shot inside. I typically get the Paloma tea but this time I tried the mangonada! That is now my new go to tea!

Great and charismatic owner. Wanted to find an alternative post workout smoothie to consume after a gym session in the morning. I wanted a more focus on a more nutritional content carefully, aiming for items high in protein and fiber, low in sugar, and not excessively high in calories. Owner was very knowledgeable and just had a good positive energy in the morning which is good after you get beat down and tired from the gym. I enjoyed the Hulk, but there are numerous choices of smoothies, and tea options. I would recommend giving this place a try. I've had couple drinks whipped up off menu and the creativity is great.

Where do I start?? I've been a customer of Core since their opening in 2013. 10 years later I'm still a frequent customer!! You can't beat their warm and inviting environment every time you walk through the door. If you're looking for nutritious beverages and radiant smiles then this place is a must visit! Get the HULK shake. It is a must try. After a quick trip here, you'll feel like you're able to accomplish all your goals.

I went in the other day and it was very dirty and not well maintained. Now, after looking, I am shocked at how tone deaf and disrespectful the owner is to customers. Some people don't know when to put their foot in their mouth!I wish I could give them 0 stars.Cheers!
