It's a hit or miss with this place but lately mostly miss. Our last 4 orders have been SUPER fatty and soggy. We used to love the brisket and now we have been throwing away the last few orders because nobody in our house loves to eat squishy fat. Really disappointed

This is the version of a half pound of brisket. I was going home to fresno and stopped. 20 mins out of my way. To have their food. No Dickeys near fresno. Got a sandwich & 1/2 pound of brisket. This is what I found. Look at the amount of fat left on there. š¤¢. On top of it being a light 1/2 pound. Could of sworn they are supposed to use scales. Won't be going back. Don't like to be ripped off.

Hit the spot when it comes to my bbq craving. Pleasantly surprised for the quality of food since this is a chain. I'm not sure why this location has some bad reviews, the food and service is amazing. Chicken breast and brisket were juicy! We came on a Monday at 8pm and not sure of their names (tall lady and guys name was makiyah?) but they were so welcoming and so hard working. They greeted everyone despite not getting some responses back. Their service alone will make me come back as a repeat customer. Service like this is very hard to come by. Great prices as well.

Brisket meal with drink and side. The brisket sandwich was very cold i should have sent it back. Bean w bacon didnt see or taste any bacon. The smallest side ive ever seen. The ladies were nice.

Iām not an avid BBQ eater nor do I claim to have the best taste buds to discern the best BBQ from the worst but this place by far was the worst for good reason. My girlfriend and I both got the 2 meat plate with double brisket slicesā¦ these were the slices. Unseasoned, and COLDā¦ the only thing that was semi warm were the fries which were actually decent. The brisket had little to no flavor without the bbq sauce on the side, I can get past that though. The fact that everything except the fries were cold was what really got me. Maybe that one complained ruined the whole experience for me, and I hope they can make some changes soon because this place has potential but definitely not worth $53 and some change after tax. They seem to be cutting corners in some areas. Staff however was friendly, and as helpful as they could have been.

Food was really good, but dinged a star bcuz our order was wrong. We ordered about 5 different entrees and at least 2 of them were wrong. I recommend the sausage plate.

This was the worst BBQ I've ever eaten. I got a 3 meat plate(pulled pork, sliced brisket and ribs) delivered and it actually got there early. first... everything was dry. the brisket was dry and flavorless(seriously no smoke flavor). the pulled pork was DRY. how do you make pulled pork dry unless you're trying to MAKE it dry? then, the ribs... WHAT, THE, FRUCK!!! The ribs had exactly the same consistency as slimy beef jerky. tough and dry but, why in hell was it slimy? honestly, those ribs give beef jerky a bad name. I would have rather eaten a plate of mediocre beef jerky(or a plate of almost anything)than be anywhere near those ribs again. SOOO many things wrong with my meal other than that. only one piece of bread was toasted, only on one side, the BBQ beans were HARD, the portions were so small(considering it was over $30), almost everything was cold. Actually the only thing that was warm and I was able to finish was my order of fries. they actually tasted ok too. other than that this was by far the worst meal claiming to be BBQ I've EVER eaten. I grew up in a culinary hub in Charlotte, North Carolina so I've been spoiled on not only good BBQ but, good food in general and, I'm not trying to be snobbish nor am I exaggerating when I say this is the worst and they obviously don't care that they serve food that is borderline inedible.

The staff was to high to handle any of our orders very disappointing when I was trying to celebrate my father's birthday here at one of his favorite places to eat never been to this location will never return had to restart our order six times and they still couldn't get it right just ended up not even getting food I will be calling management on Monday
