I tried toCall and delivery and they didn't even talk they just put me in the waiting room they didn't ask for my order nothing and they cussed at me and threatened well yeah but they were just rude I really just really need food.

Probably the worst dominos I ever ordered. Customer service was good. However they messed up first ordered I called, and they sent a replacement, which was also incorrect so I had to call again and they re sent the other correct item however it was not cooked the way I asked. So I just gave up and went to bed. She’s sadly you can’t ever get your money back.

I came here for a pizza order pick up in the service was awful. The girl at the counter was extremely rude. When I asked her for paper plates she handed me maybe five or six I had ordered five large pizzas. I asked her for more and she told me to count the plates since there should be enough, I also asked if they took Apple Pay, she said I don't know. When I asked for ranch, she just walked away from me overall, that experience left me never wanting to order from Domino's again. I have never seen such rude service before.

My pizza arrived like this. When I called the guy told me sometimes the drivers take sharp turns but there’s no way a pizza could end up like this I’m only across the street. I ordered online so idk what they had against me. He offered store credit but that’s useless to me. Can’t trust the food coming out of that kitchen.

We've being ordering here several times. The pizzas are not greasy and my kids love it! The place is clean and everyone there is really nice. Always welcome with a smile, even the delivery person. Our favorite place in Elk Grove! Thank you all for the best pizzas and your hard work!

I ordered a pizza for pickup. It was fast using g the app and convenient.The pizza was great because I ordered extra toppings, double the meat and mushrooms. However, the Philly cheesesteak was dry and bread too toasted for my liking. I've had it there before and it was good so it might have been a fluke.

It's all right. Kind of lacking some sauce, it was kind of dry, just bread and litte cheese but? is affordable pizza. It won't break the bank. Get 3 pizzas for 20 bucks, 22 you can't complain about that, it won't be the greatest tasting pizza, but Hey if you're on a budget. Why not can't complain ? ?

We kept seeing commercials for the new loaded tater tots so we stopped in one day to pick some up. They had a few different options but we picked the philly cheesesteak ones. They were okay, but not as exciting as the commercial looked. It's more of a personal serving size so plan on getting one for yourself if that's the only thing you're eating. I didn't like that the cheese on all the edges were crispy and practically burnt. They didn't give us any utensils either so it was difficult to eat the tater tots that had toppings. We also ordered some wings. Unfortunately they didn't have any boneless available but we needed more than just tater tots, so we just got the bone-in anyway. They are pretty generous with the sauce, although I was expecting the garlic parmesan to be a dry rub. The meat itself was actually pretty tender though so that was the highlight of the meal. Overall just an average meal, nothing super exciting but that's pretty expected from a chain.

I had a shitty experience at this Dominos location. Despite requesting my pizza to be uncut which is an option on their website, the staff failed to follow the special instructions, resulting in a remake and a delay of 20-30 minutes once I arrived. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced errors with my order here it seems like every time I order pizza here there's always something wrong. On my most recent visit, I ordered a large pizza with jalapeños, but only received SEVEN jalapeños on it which is ridiculous. Additionally, I felt the toppings, cheese, and sauce were skimped on big time. I highly recommend considering Pizza Guys, which is conveniently located across the street in the SaveMart plaza. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this Dominos location at all. Don't waste your time & hard earned money at this shop
