Me and my husband always eats here because their food is amazing! It is indeed one of the best and authentic Chinese restaurant in the Valley. Today, we tried one of the item we have not tried before, and that is their roasted duck with pancake. Last time I had a good duck was 2021 out of the country. And today, they served me one of the best ducks I had in a while. It came with green onions, cucumbers and melon. I know the melon sounds weird but if you actually put all of it...
We celebrated a birthday dinner with a group of 8. When making the reservation I communicated with Jenee (spelling?) over the phone about some questions I had and she was very helpful. A private room was available so we were able to reserve that. Our server at dinner was Ivy. She was very friendly and helpful. She helped us make our menu selections and when she learned it was my dad's birthday she brought our some ice cream with a candle. Nice little touch of hospitality....
The salt & pepper calamari was exceptionally good. The sirloin steak with asparagus could have had more asparagus....just a few tiny bits. The wagyu beef chow fun also very good...a few more vegetables would be nice. Expensive for all dishes but well worth the cost. My eldest son and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
