I just left the dutch brother here on Bruceville on white block and I understand that it may be 4 AM again or super early to order was I was under the impression that it would be 24 hours based off Google. Well, I just rolled up to the window and looked inside two workers just looked at each other. They never even looked at me. They knew I was there. They looked at each other and laughed in which OK I may have been there a little early, but I’m not used to the Dutch Brothers and then they just threw up a finger like the number one telling me to hold on and then like rushed out of view I waited for about 4 or 5 minutes and nobody even came to tell me at least they were close they don’t serve if that was the case because I felt really stupid and I felt like a bother. I drove off without ever even getting responded to or even answering informed. The unprofessionalism in today’s workers is insane. I get it a hipster coffee joint but it’s still business. Update your google information too. Cause it’s not 24 hours.

The employee was mad and fighting with me that I asked to remake my drink because they made it way too sweet and not makings it by lemonade rules my drink is a green tea lemonade lite ice half extra sweet sf strawberry and sf vanilla and they seemed to think it needed 3 1/2 scoops instead of the 1 1/2.Then the lady on window was complaining that they were hung over and drinking until 2 am last night while still in audible range of the customer at the window. This could be very triggering for alcoholics. This is not giving Dutch bros energy and they are very rude to the customer for asking someone to make their drink right that we are paying for. Lastly it was sticker day and they seemed to be upset that we asked for the three stickers for the three drinks we ordered.
Dietary restrictions: I have diabetes so I have to have my drinks made right so that my blood sugar levels stay in the healthy range. So when my drink is made wrong it messes up my whole day and life.
Disappointed that the eggnog for the jingle nog was sold out after only 4 days and there will be no more for the rest of the season. A holiday drink would be more ideal to survive the entire holiday season.

So I have a limit of sugar intake that I can intake due to surgery, if I have more than 9 grams ant once I’ll get super sick so I always order my drinks sugar free. Well when I came to this Dutch I was ordering my usual drink and explaining to the employee to have it completely sugar free as possible and to make it picture perfect with no whip. I also asked the employee about what milk has the lowest amount of sugar half n half or their protein and she said I don’t know and seemed really irritated with me asking. So when I went up to the window I asked the employee and no one knew any of the nutritional facts of their milk like it wasn’t printed on the containers. So I explained that I can’t have a lot of sugar and if they could remake my drink with the original milk half n half and they did and seemed more understanding then the one who took my drink. I’m not sure why Dutch doesn’t have nutritional facts on their products that seems crazy to me! Please Dutch do a little better training with employees about customers have restrictions..
