Ordered: Medium iced *dirty* chai latte. Received: Watered-down chai mix and milk. Way too much ice, NO ESPRESSO SHOT. I drank it anyway because I paid too much for it. Now I am hydrated and not caffeinated. 😤

The drive-thru are great! They’re always so friendly and helpful when you’re not sure what to order. The window is always a big issue. For a few months, they would not take walk-up orders and it was mobile order only. Not sure when it changed but both times when I ordered via app, they checked me in but my order always get put at the bottom of the barrel. I understand if I order 10 or 15 drinks but I’ve ordered 1 or 3 drinks max and it’s always last order and takes average 20-30 mins of sitting outside their window. I told the worker that has happened multiple times now and if there is something going on because everyone else seems to get their orders before me. She said I don’t know…that’s just how it is. That’s a very poor response and I would never go to the window or mobile order ever again!

Absolute banger of a drink for a full meal worth of calories. The service was really good as well and the vibe they usually have is chill and nice. The only downside is that because of how popular/active they are, the line does take a fat minute to move and you’ll be waiting for a bit. But overall really cool and fun. I enjoyed
