This dutch bros has ridiculously slow workers or they are under staffed. Always waiting a very long time in line. Starbucks drive thru down the street is way faster.

I'm usually pretty happy here but today I just happened to check my account and found out they charged way more tip to my account that the 15% I told them to. I'm very up set and feel like I have been stolen from my account. I wonder how many other people this happens too?, is this because the customers are not allowed to touch their tablets to allow what tim we want. The girl asked me and I said 15%. RIDICULOUS! I ordered 2 small drinks for my kids, a med strawberry green tea and a large rebel they said my bill as about $21.00. They charged me on my account almost $29! That is NOT 15% tip.

Every time I come by this Dutch Bros stand, the customer service is amazing! The manager, Melina, and the assistant manager, Yash, are always so sweet and welcoming whenever I grab a drink through the drive-thru. The rest of the team (Owen, Lorena, Diego, Jacob) is just as kind and friendly. Service is always fast, and they’ve never messed up my drink—unlike my experiences at the Natomas stand. This location truly goes above and beyond!

I’ve been coming to this Dutch Bros location ever since I moved from San Francisco to Elk Grove 5 years ago, and I have to say, it’s absolutely top notch! The staff here are more like family than just baristas. Every time I stop by, I know my day is going to be better because of the amazing energy and kindness they bring.
They know my order by heart (sometimes even when I forget it myself!) and always go above and beyond to make sure I leave with a smile. From Melina, Yash, Mini, the list could go on and on, this team truly makes this location feel like home.
You can tell the leaders of this location take really good care of their employees because the staff are always so happy, friendly, and genuinely love what they do.
This is my Dutch Bros, my go-to, and honestly, my family away from home. Couldn’t recommend this crew more!
Passed by here late this morning. This is My first time going to this Dutch Bros location in Elk Grove on Sheldon Rd. I went to the walk-up area to place My order. I ordered a Large Golden Eagle Blended with Whipped Cream on top and caramel swirl all around it. The service was good. My order came out immediately.
