Dutch Bros Coffee

I placed my order through the app and it was supposed to be ready at 2:56 PM. I arrived at 2:55, went to the pickup window, and pressed the “push once for service” button like the sign says. Nobody came. I waited several minutes and pressed it again, and still no one showed up. I watched at least five or six cars go through the drive-thru while I stood there with zero acknowledgment.

At 3:05 someone finally came to the window, which at least let me tell them I had an order ahead. After that, I had to wait another five minutes just for them to make the drinks. I didn’t leave until 3:10 for something that was supposed to be done before I even arrived. There is no point in offering a pickup window if nobody checks it.

I don’t say this lightly. I come to Dutch Bros every single day, minus maybe one day a week. I genuinely enjoy Dutch Bros and I choose it over Starbucks on purpose. But this has been happening a lot recently, even when there is no line or rush. It has become a recurring issue and it is not worth this kind of wait.

I understand being busy, but this is getting ridiculous. Just a couple of weeks ago, I was given two drinks that were literally only milk with no coffee in them. Mistakes happen, but the combination of long waits, no acknowledgment, and repeated errors is too much.

I really enjoy Dutch Bros, but this location needs to do better. The pickup window service is consistently unreliable and extremely frustrating.

I've never had a bad experience at any DB but tonight at 530pm the lady working the pick up window with the pink safety vest on was so rude I didn't want to take my order. Her attitude and service were so poor I can't believe her coworkers actually allow it. Usually everyone's so happy and upbeat, I totally get an off day and understand life happens but there's no way this is ok.
I hope she finds her way back to the unhappy house she comes from and takes her attitude with her.

Passed by here earlier this afternoon. This is My first time going to this Dutch Bros location on Bruceville Rd. in Elk Grove. I just went to the other Dutch Bros location in Elk Grove on Sheldon Rd. This is My first time going to two different Dutch Bros locations in one day. When I walked up to window, I noticed like six people waiting for their drinks to come. I ordered a Large Caramelizer Blended with Whipped Cream on top and caramel swirl all around it. The service was good.

Love this DB. Location is convenient for us and everyone is always nice. Treated myself to a golden eagle and they gave out free dog bandanas. Perfect for my pup!

Wasn't certain what I could get on the menu sugar free. Asked for what they'd recommend for sugar free. I was asked to pay, didnt know what she ordered me. Picked it up, they didnt say what it was the handed me. Not sure it was actually sugar free. And the cup was all ice. For 7$ I dont expect a cup full of ice.

Dutch Bros Coffee is quite the experience! The lines are insanely crazy, which speaks volumes about its popularity.

I recently tried their coffee and I found it to be overly sweet for my taste. However, my mom and nieces absolutely love it. It’s clear that Dutch Bros is a love-it-or-hate-it station in our family. Some of us are big fans, while others, like me, aren’t as enthusiastic.

Slowest Dutch bros drive through I’ve been to. Waited 40+ mins and there’s no way to exit the line so we were stuck waiting in line.

This was my second visit to this location, and both times the service was terrible and unprofessional. While the drinks were decent, the employees rude, disrespectful attitudes and lack of energy were the real issue. I won’t be returning.

The employees at this location are always very sweet, helpful, patient, and family like. Whenever I come I get greeted with a huge smile or hi Beautiful. I come here everyday sometimes multiple times a day and the level of service I always receive sets the tone for my day.

Dietary restrictions: Protein and sugar free options are the best at any coffee shop I have been to.
