Dutch Bros Coffee is quite the experience! The lines are insanely crazy, which speaks volumes about its popularity.

I recently tried their coffee and I found it to be overly sweet for my taste. However, my mom and nieces absolutely love it. It’s clear that Dutch Bros is a love-it-or-hate-it station in our family. Some of us are big fans, while others, like me, aren’t as enthusiastic.

Slowest Dutch bros drive through I’ve been to. Waited 40+ mins and there’s no way to exit the line so we were stuck waiting in line.

This was my second visit to this location, and both times the service was terrible and unprofessional. While the drinks were decent, the employees rude, disrespectful attitudes and lack of energy were the real issue. I won’t be returning.

The employees at this location are always very sweet, helpful, patient, and family like. Whenever I come I get greeted with a huge smile or hi Beautiful. I come here everyday sometimes multiple times a day and the level of service I always receive sets the tone for my day.

Dietary restrictions: Protein and sugar free options are the best at any coffee shop I have been to.

First time at this location, we thought this location would be better than our normal one cause of location and traffic. They have two lanes but only one person taking orders. They were not paying attention to which cars came in first and were going wildly out of order. Why does the DB with one lane have two workers (by the 99 South entrance), but the DB with two lanes has one worker? Makes no sense. Not sure the manager of this location knows how to schedule or assign staff. Very disappointed.

I ordered online and I ordered at the wrong dutchbros, so it's not thier fault its mine , but as I pull up I told the girl I had a mobile order and instead of asking my name or to see if the order was even there she said ok just pull forward I waited atlease 10 mins and when I get to the wondow same girl said she didn't have my order and it was at the wrong dutch bros, obviously it's not her fault but it's upsetting to wait and then was told it wasn't there plus I had to be at work so I couldn't wait to reorder, I'm more upset that I can't get my money back like 15 dollars down the drain

Always a vibe! My drink has only been wrong one time, that’s because they got new workers and i wasn’t asked if i wanted whip or drizzle, other than that, it’s amazing service and vibes overall!

The last 3 times I let it go, but today I just couldn't. It's getting a review. This is the worst Dutch Bros in town. They never have the correct staff. They never make the drink correctly. And their systems are always down. Then when you tell them your drink is wrong, they are rude to you. The drink I got today.The medium drink consisted of half of the product. Dutch bros, you need to fix this location

I love coming to Dutch Bros. I have been a loyal member of the Dutch Bros family since the brothers opened their first location on Elk Grove Blvd and East Stockton. This location is closer to my home but the people are amazing Kat is an amazing manager super helpful, kindness is amazing and beautiful soul your general manager Justine has amazing heart talks to me about my father that sadly passed, she will ask about my kids, my overall health and we have been friends since day one. This set of Dutch Bros that the brothers created here in Elk Grove, Galt, Sacramento and Sheldon are amazing ?!!

Parking: It's super easy to park and walk up to the window to order your drink.
