This "Dutchies" location has exactly one drawback, navigating the ingress/egress of access. Where are these cones going? Can you turn in off El Camino, can you not? LOL.
Despite being located immediately across from El Camino High School with heavy traffic intermittently throughout the day and students bombarding the staff regularly in large groups, staff are fast and efficient, upbeat and busting with cheerful, perky, customer service forward attitudes. Occasionally, they'll have the music flowing, BUT it's at a tolerable volume. Other locations, Woodland, for example, crank up the volume on the exterior facility music so loudly, you can't hear others inside your own vehicle speak to you even with your windows up. I like loud music but that's ridiculous.
At this location, the staff ALWAYS get my order correct, always offer "sip stoppers" to prevent spilling, offer carry trays when appropriate, and ask me, "How's your day going?"
All in all, you get great fresh coffee delights served with a friendly smile at a decent price quickly. That's how it's supposed to be.

I normally come to this location when my vehicle is getting worked on and my drinks have always been made very well. However, my experience today might have me reconsider my location of choice in the future. I used the app to order ahead because sometimes it's hard for me to articulate what exactly I want. For whatever reason, the app didn't allow me to select "pick up window" but I didn't think it would have been a big deal. My car was getting worked on so I was unable to go through the drive thru. The woman who handed me my drink gave me a hard time for not using the drive thru despite me not having the option to change my pick up method in the app. I'm not an argumentative person so I didn't want to challenge her condescending attitude for something that wasn't my fault. Overall very sour experience this time. Screenshot is included to show that I didn't have the option.

I have been visiting the dutch bros locations in my area since they opened. The one of Orchard Loop is the one that is most convenient for me. Their drinks are great. My only complaint is the smell of urine in the drive through and the presence of the homeless shooting up where my kids can see them.
Kid-friendliness: Fentanyl zombies are not kid friendly.
My favorite place to go. Best staff experience ever. Usually friendly and a genuine enjoyment at their job, the experience makes me happy. They could sale anything and I would want to buy it just for the extra smile and great vibes the employees engulf you in. It's only a coffee/energy drink shop but they serve an incredible experience. I highly recommend Dutch Brothers over the irritable unfriendly subpar service you get at Starbucks. Every drink is made with friendly community love here so drink one for Dane today!
