Alll the Bristas are super nice and friendly. I can go on for days on all the uplifting messages I receive on my cup.. they just make my day when I drive by.. it makes me feel special that they know my drinks!! đ„°

Not the experience I expected. The person taking my order was flat-out obnoxious â they repeated everything I said in this weird, drawn-out voice like some Yak Bak toy from the 90s. It felt more like they were mocking me than taking an order.
I let it slide, but when I got my drink, it was super soggy â the cup was a mess and it just looked thrown together. I didnât even say anything at the time, but I left feeling disappointed.
This doesnât reflect all Dutch Bros locations â the others in Elk Grove are great. But this one? Needs work. The energy felt forced and the attention to quality just wasnât there.

I just want to say shoutout to Gabe at this location who was kind enough to give me his mystery sticker when I drove to four different locations and was told they didnât have any at each one however I think Dutch should not allow people to purchase many drinks to get multiple stickers because all I see are greedy people reselling them for money which is not fair to the rest of people like me who only purchase one drink and want one sticker to put on their vehicle like me myself. Or another suggestion is to supply Dutch bros with larger quantities of stickers spoons etc because itâs truly not cool when some people will go to the extreme to harm people just to get a sticker as they did with the Popeyes chicken sandwich a food item.

They were extremely rude. They closed 10 minutes early and refused to help me and the person in front of me. Would like to be contacted about this as I am a customer who has been coming to this location for year and have never had such terrible service. I know going right before close isn't exactly awesome but refusing service 10 minutes before closing is just unacceptable for a business
Honestly haven't tried their food. But this Dutch Bros is hiden, so there isn't a lot of traffic and was the perfect to grab a gift card from for my SIL. Just letting folks know because this is the perfect place to grab your beverage because there is no long line just a steady flow of traffic in the drive through.

HORRIBLE! they had cereal spoons with every drink purchase today. so we asked at the window and the person taking our order said âwe have tons!â then we ordered, got our drinks and asked for the spoons from a different person and they said âno, we ran outâ. like what the heck. iâm mad! ok
