I normally come to this location when my vehicle is getting worked on and my drinks have always been made very well. However, my experience today might have me reconsider my location of choice in the future. I used the app to order ahead because sometimes it's hard for me to articulate what exactly I want. For whatever reason, the app didn't allow me to select "pick up window" but I didn't think it would have been a big deal. My car was getting worked...
I have been visiting the dutch bros locations in my area since they opened. The one of Orchard Loop is the one that is most convenient for me. Their drinks are great. My only complaint is the smell of urine in the drive through and the presence of the homeless shooting up where my kids can see them.
