I came in on one of these recent well over 105* days. I was exhausted and grumpy from the heat. All I needed to do was bring home the family some delicious El Pollo. The staff put up with me, gave me a cup of ice water and let me sit on the bench to figure their app on my phone. I thanked them for that. I ordered through door dash, but some options weren’t available to add to my order. I just got off the phone and spoke with an employee by the name Isaac at the Elk Grove florin location. Without hesitation, he added the option I wasn’t able to add and left me feeling like my order was handled.
