This restaurant/food stall is located inside Tilted Mash Brewery. I ordered the chicken, carne asada, and al pastor quesadillas. They were all good and they add a good portion of meat in each. The al pastor was a bit too oily. The cool thing is that you can add additional pickled vegetables and salsas in your quesadilla. I would go back next time I am at Tilted Mash.

I came on a Sunday and I was told they do not service food on Sundays. The hours for this business should be updated and their should be some kind of food on a Sunday. Disappointing.

Tried their food at our county fair, by far one of the best vendors to be brought too the fair. (Its better than fair food)I will be venturing down to their location.The flavors and heat were on point. I can't wait to try more when I venture down there.Their loaded fries were excellent. Definitely recommend those.

Royito dip was amazing aswell as the asada, pollo and adobado. The salsas were as amazing as the food. And the hot salsa was Smokey, spicy and flavorful. Chefs were nice and giving multiple options for food accessories. Overall, good experience.

It is really good, if you are are lactose intolerant, or vegan, don't fret, you can get cheeseless quesadilla, and tacos with there fajitas vegetables, and hot sauce, and it's amazing!

Honestly don't have anything bad to say about this place. Tried them out while they were at Tilted Mash Brewing Company before a comedy show at the brewery. The price for what I got wasn't too bad compared to most food truck vendors. I got this really good tasting rolled tortilla item (basically looked like a burrito) that was topped off with a cheese crust and flamin hot Cheetos. Not bad at all for 10 bucks. Plus it was flavorful and filling. Their hottest salsa was also flavorful but they didn't hold back with the spice either. If I see them at this brewery again or if I see them elsewhere I'll probably order from them again.

The toasted cheese queso taco was amazing with Carne Asada and my daughter had some street tacos which were bomb too. We're looking to maybe let these guys cater one of our events.

This is the best food truck I have been to in a long time. All their ingredients are top quality. The salsa is so flavorful and the tortillas are textured so flavorful. I'm addicted to this place. If I didn't have kids I would drive anywhere within 30 miles to eat there

Bomb!! Had 3 keto tacos at the Valensin Winery tonight. My girls had 3 chicken and steak tacos and loved them too. The meat is flavored well they don't over sauce the tacos and they have the best customer service and super friendly. Will do them again and I suggest you do too. I can still taste the tacos.

Living in Livermore I don't usually get "authentic" Mexican food. Usually it's very watered down and not that good. BUT THIS PLACE!!!!! So flipping good! It's a pop up event that is primarily at Shadow Puppet brewery but hopefully more venues welcome them soon. Such a great experience; from the taste, texture, flavor and all the way down to the customer service they provide! If you see them on the monthly calendar at Puppet, make some time that day to swing by! Sooooo worth it, you will not be disappointed!
