This is the third time I visited Ha Noi Pho. At the previous visits, i tried Pho and it was acceptable. This time, I tried their Bun Bo Hue. Oh boy, oh boy, it was the worst of the worst. Being in business this long, how can you not know how Bun Bo Hue is supposed to taste like. The fact is, there was no Bun Bo Hue flavor at all. The bowl looks like Bun Bo Hue, but the flavor is missing. The noodle was also broken that made it hard to pick up with chopsticks. I had to pack the meat to go so I can reflavor it at home...
Fyi, I've tried Bun Bo Hue at many Vietnamese restaurants in Sacramento and Elk Grove areas. I would say Phở Ivy and Bốn Mùa have delicious Bun Bo Hue. Just making sure to tell them your spicy level.

My lunch experience at Ha Noi Pho recently was excellent. Their menu has more items available than most Vietnamese restaurants. We received excellent service and delicious food.
Ha Noi Pho’s dining room is huge and comfortable. They also have a nice outdoor dining area. The parking lot is safe, and it is easy to find parking near the front door.
Parking: Many parking available near the main entrance
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair friendly

Food is good, restaurant could use some cleaning up but it’s doesn’t take away from the experience. The service however is what brings down the rating so much, employees are rude and never say thank you or even bother to greet you. They slam the food down on your table and walk away without even asking if you need anything else, water stays empty and their attitude is just overall bad throughout all the staff. I will continue to eat here but they will never receive a tip from me or my family.

Their Bahn mi sandwiches are outstanding.
Busy employees...

Late review: I was there about 2 weeks ago. It was on a Saturday around 7:40 p.m. Most Pho restaurants were going to closed at 8 p.m. and this restaurant was one of the few that wasn't. Overall, it was good. Nothing over the top or less than what you'd expect. Portion size was as anyone would expect. Just some good old comfort food that you can go there anytime. I would go there again.

I love this place because of the interaction with I think his name is Tony. He knows the food! He explains everything!!! You know exactly what you’re getting including the flavor!!! I love that they stay open later than others. Great place for Sunday and Monday night football 🏈!!! I get extra bean sprouts and no basil 🌿. I’m getting sick so this should help me not be down for long!!! Maybe next time I’ll remember to take a picture of my soup 🤣🤣🤣

We had a big order only to discover they gave us disgusting old burnt wontons, that was cooked in old oil and overcooked. This was super disappointing and unacceptable. Why would you as a cook let this out of your kitchen? Don’t go to this place. They don’t care about quality. It tasted soooo hard and stale!

This is me and my families second time trying this restraunt. The first time we were watching a movie nearby the theatres and the food was not as fresh or flavorful. Recently, we had a huge order since we decided to give it a second chance, as we thought maybe the first time they missed have the mark but truly do serve good quality of food. Sadly the food was worse this time.
We ordered some asian grilled dishes, but the shrimp on that was overcooked to the point where it was like shrimp jerky. My sister's grilled plate was also missing the extra eggroll and shrimp it is supposed to come with. Our wontons were burnt to the color of dark brown, it tasted stale and old. I feel it is unacceptable to send out burnt fried food that tastes bitter and stale. Overall, I am disappointed and hope the kitchen can strive towards improving the quality of their food, at least to be safe enough for consumption and to include all items ordered.
Hafa Adai friends I was surprised how nice clean helpful staff and the menu goes on second time here I enjoy the food I recommended it later ??????

This place is very nice. The servers were very friendly, and the food was delicious and had a reasonable price. An entire bowl of beef ankle (2 pieces) for $13 is a great price! They gave us a generous amount of pho, but the meat was slightly overcooked. The interior is just as welcoming as the outside. One of the walls was an accent wall with beautiful lotus flowers on it. Overall, this place is wonderful and you should definitely stop by!
