The food was eh. But the place was so freakin dirty. There was food all over the floor, sticky stuff all over the condiments, the tables were not clean, and the plates looked like they had food from previous orders on them. Yeah, no good. They definitely do not take hygiene and cleanliness seriously.

The flavor of the pho and bun bo hue was good. Amount of meat was decent as well. Taking out two stars because the quantity of noodles was very stingy. We complained and they brought us more noodles at $3 a bowl.. I mean cmon the amount of noodles we got after paying extra is what we should have gotten in the first place.
The men's bathroom was very dirty. Please do a deep clean.

Food is good! But they serve it one dish at a time. We already finished the appetizer, pho, fried rice before the entrees comes. So we decided to wrap it up for Togo.

Food is very tasty and not overseasoned. Staff attentive. The portions are generous, so expect to take some home. A good value and a place to go before or after seeing a movie at the nearby Century theater.

1-dirty and sticky tables
2- dirty utensils
3- grilled beef no taste and cold.
First day I like the boba and I went for the food next day and very disappointed.

Beef Phở
You can pick from different beef combinations (like brisket, tendon, tripe, meatballs, and more). It was quite good. The broth was flavorful, light yet comforting, and the portion size didn’t disappoint.
Beef Fried Rice
It was so good. Packed with that signature wok hei. Big portion too—definitely shareable but no judgment if you finish it solo

Nice atmosphere and decent service but the food is pretty mid. The pho is passable and the nem nuong was the worst I've had. The taste wasn't very fresh and the meat wasn't juicy, not included with vegetables and the peanut sauce was not flavorful. Overall the prices were good but I wouldn't choose this restaurant over other veit food in the area.

Rice plate was good. Pho ga was much too salty. The appearance is they’re minimally staffed as service was inattentive. Floors are sticky even in the bathroom.

Food was soooo good! The place wasn't busy, but it has a lot of tables, very clean. Several people were dining in, and more did takeout. We had beef pho and shrimp and pork spring rolls. They are not skimpy plates either.

Their prices have increased almost 90% since covid. And worst, prices rung up are even higher than what's listed on their menu. Their menu prices constantly be changing.
I usually get what was always delicious. This time, not only was the price higher, but it was so bland and fried to oblivion that it was hard to eat. Another time, one of the dishes gone sour and bad too but I chose not to say anything, figuring it was a one time thing and mistakes happen. But no more.
I used to love this place but I no longer will be coming back.
After the movies we decided we were going to try this vietnamese restaurant. We make it a point to try different types of restaurants. We were pleasantly excited to see a few large tables full of Asian folks haha... thats the first plus for me when I eat at different places. The service was ok, and got better once ordered, very attentive, came to refill our drinks and pull down the blinds for the customer sitting infront of us, server was super helpful as the menu is LARGE and I'm undecisive most times lol... I want to try it all...
I ordered the crepe with shrimp and pork belly, + added the rice paper wraps, and I have to say so much easier and tastier plus the fish sauce was hella good, tangy, salty and sweet 😋 veggies were extremely fresh and large leafed. Overall, Phenomenal! My Bf had sweet and sour pork with fried rice, it was very good, not full of breading and meat was tender. He enjoyed it alot.
We can't wait to come back and try their Pho and Bún, and bahn mi.
Hope you come give it a try and see foe your self.
They also have boba and snack items available at entrance.

Dined in for dinner:
Food:
bun bo hue: full of spice flavor and generous meat portions. The chili was off to the side which was why the broth looked light but once I gave it a little mix it was good and Spicy!
Bbq pork spring rolls and peanut sauce: peanut sauce was on point! Spring rolls were generous in portions and full of flavor.
Service: staff were accommodating and very friendly. I felt very welcomed by the different folks working.
I’ll definitely be going back. They can accommodate big groups and have a great menu!
