I'm not a huge fan of Chinese food but this was elevated. It was NOT drenched in oil. The meat was NOT mostly fat. Orange chicken had a lovely light fry on it, perfect balance of meat to crunch.

We came here late for dinner. The place was still crowded. We decided to do takeout. We waited for about 20 minutes for our food and ordered their pork bao and stir fried string bean. Both dishes were too salty for our taste. This is especially true for the bao. I do understand when people eat out, you don't get healthy home cooking dishes with less salt. But still, it was a bit over the top. I can see the restaurant is quite popular as it was packed even when the time was...

The food we ordered is made to share we got the chow fun added chicken, fried rice, and sesame chicken. Everything tasted fresh and comes out piping hot. The only negative is I could see it getting super packed as there is limited seating. They do have combo plates. Their dumplings are also fire.
