On a scorching day, I sought refuge from the heat by ordering boba drinks at Hyper Boba. My daughter opted for a mango slushy with popping boba, while I indulged in a classic pearl milk tea. Both beverages were delightful. Interestingly, this spot has taken over from the Cool Tea Bar, and they even offer board games for kids to enjoy!

Great boba shop for the Whitelock-Franklin area! Love all their milk tea and ice-blended drinks. Seasoned fries and takoyaki are so yummy! It's very spacious and clean inside, and lots of board games. Highly recommended!

I came here because Antie Annies said they didn't take cash which kind of ruined my day to try something new. But amen to whack Annie because I went to Hyper tea instead which I also never had and got some good fries, they offer nice sauce choices you can't get at McDonald's. The person at the register Jan 6 2024 at 1:45pm was so kind and it was such a quiet place with great tea choices. Glad my rainy day at Annie's (literally was raining also) got better with Hyper Tea. Thank you for saving my Saturday. Yeeeee.
Vegetarian options: Fries were perfectly crispy and was a large serving for about 3 dollars. With sauce choices yaaaasssss

A medium wet apple refresher, frizzy, not shaken. You only live twice: that's stirred not shaken. Get to nine then get Hype! Shocking. Positively shocking.
Food was good. I would suggest you to ask them to go easy on the seasoning though on the cajun fries, as mine was pretty salty. Other than that, my boba was refreshing and my popcorn chicken was just right. Service was quick and easy. Spent 3 hours playing card game with coworkers which was nice. Definitely recommend if you're looking to hangout and have a good time.
