I haven’t come to this side of Elk Grove in awhile and it used to be cool tea bar. I originally came because I thought it was cool tea bar but it was Hyper Tea. I was sad to see cool tea bar was no longer here but still decided to check it out. Instantly had a feeling I was going to like it because there was a kid taking my order lol.
