🥞 IHOP (Elk Grove) - Great Breakfast Spot! (4/5 Stars) I recently visited the IHOP here in Elk Grove and had a very positive experience! * Food Quality: The food was good and exactly what you'd expect from IHOP—hot, fresh, and satisfying. * Cleanliness: The restaurant itself was clean, which is always a huge plus. * Staff Service: The staff was nice and responsive, making sure we were taken care of. While they made a couple of minor mistakes with our order, it was not a big deal at all, and they handled everything professionally. Overall, it's a pleasant and reliable place for a meal, with staff that works hard to provide good service. I would definitely come back!

Her Everything
Our breakfast was delicious and our server Yasim was awesome. She smelled beautifully, was friendly, and had amazing skin. I pray God blesses her always. The manager was also there dressed nicely and walking around asking everyone how everything was. A wonderful morning breakfast and the mood was pleasant in the restaurant

Went there, nobody at the front desk. One waiter came in to hand out a bag for a customer leaving and did not even bother to ask if I needed something to me or the other customers behind me.
Looking into the floor, it clearly looked under staffed at the floor and the kitchen.
Did not even stay to see if somebody came to the front desk and at some point wait forever to get a terrible service and long waiting time.

3/4 is free pancake day. The pancakes are okay and each person can get a free stack today. The drinks felt overpriced because there wasn’t anything special about them. The pancakes were not very tasty in my opinion and our kids complained about them. The service was good which is why they get 3 stars.
I just picked up my order, waited an hour, not only was it not ready when I got there(I even arrived 10 minutes late by accident) but they gave my order to someone else. Without letting me know I waited there another 20 minutes letting them know I was on a time crunch. Which is why I order early. I asked again about my order to find out they gave it someone else and had to wait another 20 minutes. The host are rude and just gossip right in front of the guest waiting.. I work in food service so i know how it is sometimes but this place sucks. I asked to speak to a manager but the host didn’t get one so I just had to sit there waiting again for my food and now late for my appointment.

Server was pretty good. Prices OMG!! 😮 😤 A carafe of coffee was almost the same price as 1 soda!?? Wow sign of the times. The food was delicious. At the register when paying for our meal the lady hit the tip button before handing the tablet to my husband to sign and finish paying for the meal. I thought that was not professional!

My friend and I visited this restaurant this morning and, overall, had a good dining experience. The restaurant is conveniently located in Elk Grove, CA on E. Stockton Blvd., parking is somewhat limited, the outside of the restaurant and outside grounds are visually appealing, the inside of the restaurant is okay, but needs to be renovated, etc., and cleaned better, I was not greeted upon entering or thanked for visiting the restaurant upon leaving, our table was clean, our server was efficient but not too friendly, the food was good and served within 10 minutes of ordering, the temperature in the dining room was adequately warm on a cold morning, and prices for food were reasonable.

Decided to have breakfast for dinner. We usually never have any issues, but that night my hashbrowns were burnt, my pancakes a little over cooked, my husbands chicken tenders extra crispy. We didnt let anyone know because we just wanted to eat and leave, but this store is usually pretty good and i bet they would have remade it if we asked. Would i go again? Yes i would.
