Today’s visit to In-N-Out Burger was truly different—in the best way possible. I had a long, busy day and came in to place a to-go order while feeling tired and very hungry. That’s when I was greeted by Makena, and I have to say, she completely changed my mood.
Makena was not only kind and welcoming, but also incredibly professional. She made me feel comfortable right away, something I honestly haven’t experienced like this before. She took the time to ensure my order was correct and paid attention to all the small details—like handing me ketchup, jalapeños, and sausage exactly how I wanted them, without me even needing to ask twice.
It’s clear she understands the importance of good customer service, and she does it with such grace and positivity. People like Makena are rare, and she absolutely deserves recognition—and a raise!

Today 7/10 around 11:30pm I came to this innout to witness what looks to be like the manager scream humiliate and make this young associate cry all for talking to another worker. This is very unacceptable and sad he literally embarrassed this girl in front of everyone present if anything he could’ve talked to her about whatever she did in private although she was working fine the whole time!! Very uncomfortable visit train ur managers better
