A simple good burger with ample amounts of fresh lettuce and tomatoes. As opposed to the other fast-food places, what you see in the commercials is not what you get in the restaurant. At other fast-food, you see Mama's cooking in the commercials and toddlers playing kitchen at the drive thru.

Yo, the service here is super slow. If you only have half an hour for lunch, don't even think about coming here 'cause you'll definitely run out of time. I waited 22 minutes for my food and there were barely any customers inside. They kept prioritizing the drive-thru orders. I thought about going through the drive-thru myself, but the guy told me it would be faster to go inside. Well, that was a lie! 22 minutes later, my lunch break was over and I had to rush back to work. The people who ordered after me got their food before me, that's some frustrating stuff. I didn't even get to eat my food because guess what I had to go back to work, I not fast food is supposed to be fast! I doubt I'll be coming back to this location, even though it's right down the street from my work.
This is my usual place to stop when I visit Sacramento (it's along the route I take). The place is always clean and the staff are always friendly. The food is quick and made to order I prefer their fries on the crunchy side and they get it every time! Definitely my favorite place for a quick bite.

Been to 2 other in n out burger places and I wasn't impressed.. today we almost decided not to stop. Glad we did. Burger was fantastic and the manager was super friendly and great energy!

2nd time, they messed up on my order by the wrong car. Also the girl working to give us our food never offered a cup carrier. I had to ask, and she conformed it right in front of us. She acted like she was gonna hand it to my daughter to give to me and purposely pulled it back and made us wait for it really rude. My daughter was like, "What the heck?" Get some more customer service training and ask every customer if they need a drink carry with more than 3 drinks . Omg really
