The soda machine is always out of drinks, has no ice, and when there is drinks, theyre warm due to the no ice. Machine is def broken. They never fix it. Its been months. And they get annoyed when u ask for drinks from the machine that actually works that they have in their drive thru area. Other than this, the food is fine. Paying 4 dollars for a drink seems unfair if the soda machine is always out of stock or not working properly. So if u go here, go drive thru to avoid the horrendous drinks in the dining area 👍

Very helpful and courteous employees, and food made perfectly. As usual, the tacos aren't good but are cheap, while the burgers and chicken sandwiches are solid. Milkshakes are very sweet and thick. There are good deals on the website, no app download required.

I’ve recently stopped by this Jack in the Box a few times late at night after work, and the service has always been great. Jeremiah, one of the cashiers, stood out for his excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made sure my food was hot and fresh. Even during a late-night during cleaning time, the staff Jeremiah came out to kindly explain and apologize, which I really appreciated. When I came back later, Jeremiah provided excellent service and made sure my food was hot and fresh.

Placed a large order and I’m always worried about mistakes. However, before I could take my order to begin checking for any mistakes the server explained how she placed my like items in their separate bags and noted each item that was in the bags even pointed them out. That was very efficient and kind of her. It left me with no worries or concerns

They made a mistake on my order, I had to come back, and when I explained, the worker didn't even apologize. He just looked at the receipt and said I have to charge you more. They fixed it only after I paid more. They made it seem like it was an inconvenience to them to fix the mistake. They have zero customer service skills.

They won't hire enough people. Only 2 are back there struggling. I've waited 20min for my order at 3am. When I'm doordashing here the wait is 20-30mins for an order. Never seen service this slow.
