Every time I order food be it breakfast or lunch the potatoes are just warm. I ask to get hot fries/hash browns when I order. Without fail the potato’s are never hot. This morning there was egg shells in my sandwich. I like jack in the box but their menu prices are to high to get cold food.

Ordered was wrong and I had to keep telling them that it was wrong with the o order
I usually go to this location and don’t have issues. But one day, I asked to order the ultimate cheeseburger and they said “hold on” and then went back and thought I was another car and said “how can I take your order” I told them I was still ordering, and they were going back and forth, and I kept telling them what I wanted, and they seemed SO annoyed! And they were like “you know what? I’ll see you at the window” I’m not going back to this location for a while! A little bit of respect would be appreciated!

I ordered online at 11:45pm and they said they were closed even though everywhere on the website and app it says they’re open 24/7. Told me I had to get a refund tmrw morning.
I drove 14 miles to get here. I'm not lucky to have a location near me. I drove in morning traffic and it took 32 minutes. I didn't even get food because the cashier refused card payment. All the while be rude and short with me. Very upset. Never coming here again

Let me start by saying I usually have very good food from this location, but the last time it was not. Chicken sandwich was very dry. Tacos tasted very old and soggy. Fries tasted like they had been sitting for quite some time as well. Very unusual for this location. The food is usually great.
