I have not had an opportunity to eat her in a while but seem to have slipped. I ordered the steak salad, and steak was a little dry. There is so much lettuce, fresh and crisp, but not a lot of "stuff." Felt skimpy on the other veggies. We also ordered a chicken sandwich, which was juicy and flavorful. Order of cheese bread, which had a lot of cheese but was a little cold, and one small piece of bread with this order could have at least two.

Quick, delicious and somewhat healthy with a variety of salads, sandwiches, proteins and sides. I absolutely love their urban fries and I don't even like blue cheese .... Something about their blend of blue cheese sauce is creamy and less pungent. The tri-tip is also pretty good too!

I DoorDash’ed and the order was wrong. I called Jacks and the guy said he’d talk to his manager about how to make it right. An hour later he calls back and says maybe tomorrow he can work something out with DoorDash (meanwhile I don’t have dinner). I tell him no, I’m coming in and they should redo my order correctly, to which he agrees. They redo my order, I get home, and it’s wrong… again. I called and ask to talk to the manager, and the same guy says that’s him. Either that’s a lie or he lied earlier. His response was that it’s my fault I didn’t remind him of things his system doesn’t note internally (lol). 2 wrong orders (only 3 items ordered- yikes), loss of 2 hours of my time, zero accountability, lies, and a laughable explanation.

They know my dad's daily salad order. He's 83 and comes on his own for lunch. I really appreciate how nicely they treat him. The meats are always stellar. The turn around is quick. Just beware the Sunday soccer and church groups.
