I love the Salmon Cobb salad but... the price keeps going up and the piece of salmon keeps getting smaller Might have to look elsewhere.

This is the 3rd time in the row that whenever I ordered a create your own salad, they forgot an ingredient clearly listed in the order receipt. Just because we are in a hurry to get back to work, you should take advantage of us! Whenever I eat at their restaurant that never happens! Probably because they know I will walk up to the counter and complained. When I'm back at my office I cannot drive back to complain. Forget about calling them. They never pick up the phone! Look at your salad before you leave or go somewhere else! This time they forgot two ingredients. And their salad looks dirty. It doesn't look like it was washed. I'm going somewhere else!

I come to jacks often. I think the food is very good and always fresh. I usually come with at least one more person and today I came by myself. I guess I hadn't realized that my usual, blackened salmon cob salad, was nearly $20. It's a great salad and I'll order it again but the price is up there with full service restaurants. I understand with Nelson's ridiculous min wage that prices for food need to be higher to cover costs, I just feel a sale should be a little more reasonable.

The tri tip sandwich is a MUST. something about the caramelized onions just does so well in this. their fries with the fixins are bombbbb too! they have salads & quite a few options to choose from.

First impression of the interior of the restaurant was cute and cozy. I liked the booths and the colors of the restaurant. When you walk in, you look at the menu on the wall and then enter the line to order. I guess you could say I’d prefer to also have the menu at the register just in case you forget or want to add anything. I ordered the western bbq salad and the urban fries. The urban fries came out first. They were delicious. My salad came out a few minutes later and it did not have the onion ring toppings. I was disappointed but then I decided to go up and ask for it. Alyson the cashier was great and offered for it to be remade or if I just wanted it on the side to top. I told her I will just take it on the side. No need to make a whole new salad. My salad was delicious as well. I would definitely come back again.

First time here. We ordered urban fries and a jacks tri tip sandwich. The fries were undercooked and the sandwich had no flavor. The beer was good (came from a bottle). Server was nice.

This was the worst meal I have had eating out. The chicken strips were small and dried out. I couldn't even eat them. The fries were cold. I ordered inside and waited for my to go meal. I live less than 5 min away. The mac and cheese was cold and dry. It tasted like there was barely any cheese on it. It looked like it was just the mac. I used to love Jack's Urban Eats, but I will never go back to this location again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Loved them when they first opened. Since the pandemic , the quality of food has gone down. Used to love coming here but I've been disappointed each time. My salads are not worth the cost, chicken strips are burnt. Jack's, during this economy where most restaurants are struggling. Take care of your customers. I will not be coming back until they change.
