After having a horrible experience at the Elk Grove Blvd. location, I decided to try to order at this location. This experience was exceptional! They seemed to be a bit understaffed but the young lady working maintained a great attitude and made my visit very pleasant. This will be the location I go to in Elk Grove for now on!!

Been on an acai bowl kick past few weeks and my kids and I love getting the peanut butter Nutella acai bowl from different jamba locations. Normally, they’re filled to the top with plenty of acai, but yesterday, I came in and had a worker (won't name names, but it starts with H and ends with Y) make ours, and it was hella skimpy. Seriously, where’s the acai? Usually, the bowl is packed to the top, and the lid even reaches over the toppings. But this time, there was so much empty space—it looked nothing like what we’re used to. I took it, walked to my car, and was honestly just super disappointed especially since they've increased the price from 5 to 7 bucks. What we got was definitely NOT worth $7. Hope they can do better next time!!

Quick stop to grab some breakfast and mango smoothie. Place are clean and services are quick but the ordering process is hideous and unnecessary to used a tablets to order my simple breakfast when there’s someone just standing there .
