No greeting when we walk in, while employees are sitting there gossiping. Ordered a drink, which they made wrong. Decided to let them know, and the cashier gave me the nastiest look like they couldn’t be bothered to care. Made the drink wrong a second time. Worst customer service at a Jamba Juice I have ever experienced

The staff has been so very helpful to me during my temporary disability. I use a walker right now and it's dangerous for me to be walking on wet pavement so they actually bring my Jamba to my car. They can't imagine how helpful this is to me and what a difference it makes in my life each day to get my Jamba Juice and to be able to stay in my car on the rainy days. Even the manager has stepped up and he'll bring my Jamba out for me. And they all do it with a smile.

I never leave reviews. However, there was no customers in the store. The woman was doing prep and looked me in my eyes and continued to prep. Turned her back to me and said nothing. I literally stood there for a couple minutes just waiting. Diego comes from the back, and asks me if I need help. He noticed that she was ignoring me and came to help me. He apologized for the wait and was so respectful and professional at the way he handled it. He didn’t blame her although it was clearly her responsibility since she was up front. I wanted to show Diego some appreciation for how he handled the situation! The woman was clearly in a bad mood and I’m just thankful Diego was on shift to balance that out. He was all smiles and appeared to be handling the floor well.

I'm fine figuring out a kiosk if needed, but I was asked if I'd "like to try the kiosk" and when I said not really, they disregarded that and walked around the counter to walk me through the kiosk as if I was a child. They had a friendly demeanor, but assuming I couldn't figure out a few buttons and doing it for me was uncomfortable... I'd prefer them just telling me to use it and I can ask for help if needed. Otherwise good and quick service and my drink was good.
My score would have been lower because they don't fill my cup to the top, which is frustrating however they had a very rude customer while I was in there and they handled it with grace. Janelle especially kept her cool. I was impressed.

Amazing customer service, really good drink, Anthony and Marisol gave me one of the best recommendations ever! This was the best Jamba experience I’ve had, all the other locations in Sacramento aren’t up to par, I’ll definitely be coming back to visit these 2 and take their recommendations any day, they made me feel so welcome! Im such a happy customer!! :D
Had a punch card but the didn't value here. Even call out the manager no help. The same card was just used at the Universal in LA last month. Now not sure what to do with the card. Ordered the banana protein but drink seem to be thick. It's ok but not great.
