First time ever having JM's. I got a #13 and a #43. I like that they slice the meats and cheeses fresh. The staff was freindly. The music was too loud. Good quality meats and cheeses. Sandwich was good. Ridiculously expensive. I could have gotten a 3rd sandwich at Togo's for the same price. Probably wont be back.

I love their sandwiches and have always had a positive experience here!

Been coming to this jersey mikes for years since it opened. Tonight, my husband was coming from out of town back home and we live down the street from this location so I looked ahead of time to confirm they closed at 9pm to make sure they were still open. Pretty frustrated right now though because he just went in to the shop to order and did not have a great experience at all. He was told by the employees working currently that they already stopped serving. He was literally just there at 8:20pm for one sandwich to go. It’s not like he got there five minutes before closing or had a crazy big order. If this shop truly does close at 9pm on Fridays, then that is pretty messed up to not serve a customer 40 minutes prior to closing just because they do not feel like it. And if the hours have changed then please notify Google to update their site. Not sure we will be coming back here with how unprofessional that was.
