Been coming to this jersey mikes for years since it opened. Tonight, my husband was coming from out of town back home and we live down the street from this location so I looked ahead of time to confirm they closed at 9pm to make sure they were still open. Pretty frustrated right now though because he just went in to the shop to order and did not have a great experience at all. He was told by the employees working currently that they already stopped serving. He was literally just there at 8:20pm for one sandwich to go. It’s not like he got there five minutes before closing or had a crazy big order. If this shop truly does close at 9pm on Fridays, then that is pretty messed up to not serve a customer 40 minutes prior to closing just because they do not feel like it. And if the hours have changed then please notify Google to update their site. Not sure we will be coming back here with how unprofessional that was.

Staff is always nice and friendly and subs are really good here also. Prices are a lil more than they should be for what you get. But friendly service and good food, can't beat it much!!

One week ago I walked into the store and the lady behind the counter never looked up or noticed me. The man can from the back kitchen area and said what can I get you. I gave my order and for 20.00 for one sandwich, the turkey was sliced sooo thin it was barley there. He only put 4 slices on. I asked are you putting anymore on? He stated for an extra charge. Then i only got 3 small pieces of bacon for a large sandwich. The lady who never noticed me walking in rang me up and was sooo RUDE!! i will not be back.

Their online menu is confusing and I tried to correct a problem in store. The employees can only charge more; I can't exchange the equal priced item that I actually want. Mind you, I ran in before my order was made. I was ridiculed by an employee claiming they will never refund me again. My $10 sandwich was upcharged almost double. I feel unwelcome in my favorite sandwich shop.

Jersey Mike's is always my grandkids' "go to" place everytime the visit me here in Elk Grove... always consistently good and devoured with gusto!

The lady that appeared to be manager was very rude and appeared to be bothered regarding my request for a salad.This was my first time there and will be my last!$11.19 for what she called a salad was a joke!Never again!
