Due to my background of being a Christmas fan, and my lingering holiday spirit, I’m renaming Kajiken to “Miracle on Elk Grove Blvd (street)”

This restaurant has never failed me, and I don’t think they ever will. The staff is always kind, friendly, and helpful. The food is very reasonably priced, especially because it tastes so scrumptious and high quality.
I’ve had the “Soboro Aburasoba” and most recently I’ve had the “Mushroom Aburasoba”...

Very limited seating. Very attentive staff. Had calamari for appetizer and their spiciest dry ramen, Karamen. The spice had me sweating, but it didn't overpower the flavor of the food. Wife was not happy with Tonkastu. Son enjoyed number 3 roast beef dry ramen.
