After waiting for 10 mins they told us to wait for another 11 mins for chicken. Seems like they went to Costco to get chicken. Will never come back here...and only Asians works here....wonder

Its 842 pm Thursday Dec 14, 2023. Ordered online delivery but it had the wrong number and had to cancel and reorder. Headaches later through Doordash support, I just drive here and the staff were all very understanding and helpful in resolving the issue. Making the extra effort to post this immediately after the whole situation because I appreciate the effort the staff put into helping me. Thanks KFC Team

I used to love this kfc never had any issues, food was fresh, service was great. Last few times it has changed, I think they have a new manager because it definitely shows in their service and the food. I went on Friday the service was awful, they weren't friendly, they didn't care, they weren't listening when we were placing our order and then the food was not fresh at all. Very disappointed

Don't go to KFC expecting quality food and you won't be disappointed. We got this to go at work today. It tastes very American. The chicken is basically pure fat with delicious seasonings. The chicken pieces are pretty big. Price point is okay but I didn't pay for it. Otherwise I would never buy it. Their biscuits are excellent. It tastes like food you shouldn't be eating but it is oh so good.

Just passing through on a Burney Falls road trip. Stopped here and was immediately impressed. There was a lady at the counter with a smile and ready to take our order. We wanted to make adjustments to our order and it didn’t seem to bother her a bit. We walked to the dining area and the restaurant was just so clean. Our order was ready and EVERY EMPLOYEE had a smile on their face. I could tell they were genuinely happy and enjoyed working here. NOW I say all this because I live near Oakdale Ca. Everyone I know avoids that KFC like the plague. It’s dirty, employees are rude, and your order is never what you ask for. 8579 Elk Grove KFC should be the University for all KFC’s. Oh… and even the bathroom was spotless. This is definitely a 5 star KFC…. From customer service, excellent food, extremely clean dining area, and spotless bathroom. Just a delightful stop all the way around!Parking: Parking was great, I had luggage in my truck so I was able to see my vehicle the entire time while dining in. Such a pleasant experience.Kid-friendliness: I felt extremely safe and very clean for my child to be a child.

He fought me over an on line special. I couldn't get it to take my order and he wasn't going to give me the deal.
Very clean, very efficient a bit pushy about how fast you order but I think that's only in the effort to be so efficient. Food was decent.

This used to be my go-to Restaurant for fried chicken when I crave for them. The food is expected KFC standard; the atmosphere is nice as usual. Recently I visited it via drive through to order. I can tell the cashier is not well trained and he is very rude for my order when I asked for extra stuff and detailed about the order. I was not happy at all that moment and asked myself never come back this place anymore. I know this is NOT smart not going to a restaurant due to one employee or one incident. However, I was very not happy at all my last visit. There are another two KFC near by so definitely I don't need to come here.

Grabbing KFC food for my parents. Got there 10 minutes after they opened. Walked up and they weren't ready. Chicken is always good. Prices gone up and the sides got smaller. Ambience is still the same old KFC at the same location in Elk Grove since forever. Service was good.
