It's a nice looking establishment but the food is subpar and overpriced. The chicken was nothing to write home about and my fries, which they forgot to give me at first, were soggy.

Went on opening day, got the 8 piece meal for myself and my coworker orderd the 6 piece meal with garlic fries. 8 pieces were spicy sweet chile, and lemon pepper. Lemon pepper wings were kind of dry and not much flavor at all. Just fried wings was the taste. Spicy sweet chile had no kick to it at all, but the flavor was great. My co-worker thought the same of her lemon pepper wings, not much taste. She said her garlic fries were good. I definitely recommend these. Also, I got the Kiki fries not bad at all, just need to make sure you eat them while hot, fries got a little hard by the time I got back to work. Workers seemed nice, just need better organization. The place was busy but not too bad. I would definitely give it another try with different flavor wings.

Dine in. Chicken sandwich cooked to perfection. Fries so good even when you're full you'll just want more. Very clean and customer service the best you could ask for. Wil be going back for more mommy/daughter dates here.

Cameron Park location - The chicken salad used to actually come with chicken - now you barely get any, and they don’t put cheese on it anymore. They add croutons to look like more chicken. 1/2lb, no way. Also now serving in a divider tray, deceiving you again with false volume. We’ve really enjoyed their food, but the steady decline has now turned us away.

I ordered the 2 tender combo and it came with kiki’s fries, I definitely do recommend it the tenders were lemon pepper flavor and it was delicious. The owner took my order and was very nice and welcoming, the food was ready very quickly and fresh. Overall great experience, if i ever want kiki’s i’m definitely coming this one rather then different locations. Amazing environment i recommend you give the location a try if you haven’t yet.
Order off their website for delivery around 6:39 pm. Was given 7:04 delivery time. Then it changed to 7:25. The order never came. Called the restaurant the manager or owner not sure but he blamed Uber. I did not order from Uber nor do I have a Uber account. He lacks integrity and accountability. No refund offered or he didn’t send me another order. He said I have to come in and show him a receipt but I payed for delivery why should I have to come in on your guys mistake. You need to learn how to run a honest business.

Kiki's has some of the best chicken wings around the Sacramento and Elk Grove area. The sandwiches are huge. Their fries and tater tots serving size is huge. I order will feed at least 2 people if not 3. I also really like their chicken sliders. The buns are incredibly fresh and soft and you but them in pairs! I usually get 4! ?
Wheelchair accessibility: The stores are usually in strip malls where there is shared parking with dedicated handicap parking available.
First time to order from this restaurant. I agree with a couple of others that the prices are high for what you get. When I placed my order I requested the sauce for myself and my son and when we got home we had no sauce for either of us. The sauce would have helped make the food taste better. Not a great first impression.
