Kintaro Sushi Bar

My favorite sushi restaurant. I live in North Sac, and eat there often when visiting family in Elk Grove. It's always delicious, with great service!

Quality sushi. They had a garlic roll that had garlic chili sauce on top. It was delicious and a roll that I haven't seen at other places. Customer service was great, everything was clean and we got our food quickly.

Good place for reasonably priced rolls and other contemporary Japanese American fare.

Price is affordable, 3 people and 4 rolls plus a small appetizer was around $70 before tip.

Drinks are available, it might be just a beer/wine license so don't expect hard liquor 🥃 or shots.

This sushi spot is so underrated! Food is great but service is top notch! Jacob is awesome- He's very attentive; more than any other server but all are great. I'm one of the few people who isn't a fan of sushi but after yesterday's meal- I've been converted and decided to come again today! My favorite is the baked salmon roll. Try this place out, you won't be disappointed.

This is our favorite family dining spot. We have celebrated most of our birthdays and special occasions here over many years. They have something for everyone in the family…even the picky eaters. Food is reasonably priced, portions are good sized, and everything is absolutely delicious!! The service is also great.

This is a wonderful sushi bar! It has a great variety of sushi and ramen choices. I forgot to take more pics of the food but this is one of the tonkatsu. All around amazing place and they get your food out pretty quickly. It does get crowded on like a Friday or Saturday night but that’s everywhere. I love this place.

appetizers are so below averages at best everything just had teriyaki sauce on it,!sushi is okay everything tasted burnt or fried couldn’t taste anything else, okay fish, portions of sauce was ass, price was like 35+, don’t recommend just go spend a little more for raw and walk down the street

Hello everyone, I went to the establishment for sushi on the recommendation of a friend, I did not like the sushi, the service is not at the highest level, there is no atmosphere. I would not recommend this place for lunch

sushi is full of nonsense, I am disappointed with the service on 2/10, I asked to bring water, they did not bring sauce, I also asked for it, they did not give it, I do not recommend it

I’d like to argue that Kintaro has the best sushi in Elk Grove. Not only that, their service is almost TOO good. Your water cup will never sit empty for too long, the food will not take forever to come out, and the bill will be out when you expect it. It’s a great business model really; get your customers in and out as fast as possible to optimize sales. I would recommend their Elk Grove roll or the Lala roll.

Lovely place but , I didn’t like Anything that I ordered. My sushi roll was dry room temperature and very disgusting. My temper was over cooked. And my sesame chicken was dry. Wont return.
