Delicious drink! Great price for its size. I had the Thai Twister, which was an ice-blended Thai tea smoothie. Associate taking orders, whose name starts with an A according to my receipt, was incredibly friendly and sooo patient with other customers.

Drinks took a while to come out, but there was only one other person making drinks, so that’s understandable. I wish I can come back again and try more drinks!

As I saw another review complaining...

We ended up going to Koala tea on December 19th. The shop was not busy when we arrived which was around 4:30 p.m. . Also that day it was raining which probably deterred a lot of folks from being out and about. We did see a lot of mobile orders being created while we were there so that was cool.

The shop itself is super cute and quaint. It looks like it's a converted house. So it definitely felt homey when you were there.

I love boba drinks.
I took some to go and it was still delish the next day. The pearl is soft and delish that’s how I like it. The place is nice and cute. The ladies were helpful and let us know what will be best to take home to drink it the next day.

Do I recommend it? Yes!
