We came here for Mothers Day dinner and was so disappointed. First of all our reservations were for 5:30 and we still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. It took 20 minutes before we had to flag someone down to even get water let alone order. Next to us was a family who had 5pm reservations and was still waiting. They confided in us that their waiter lost their order and they'd been waiting an hour at the table before anyone came to them. For us, after 30 minutes we finally ordered. Our chef was rude and barely Interacted with us. He and what looked like a manager were arguing at our table. We asked for our steak to be rare but they over cooked it and the chef wouldn't re-do the order, so my daughter (8yrs) didn't eat because it was too well done for her. Also, had asked for white rice for her and they gave her the fried rice anyways, and when I said something I was ignored. Additionally the kids order is supposed to come with ice cream and they said they didn't have any but would allow us to pay for fried ice cream...um what?! We expected a photo to be taken as that was our understanding but no one came to offer it. We were charged for everything regardless of our issues with everything and they still required us to pay the 18% gratuity. What a horrible experience, even more disappointing as it was Mother's Day and myself my mom and my sister left very angry vs happy on our day. So very disappointed in this place and do not recommend!!!

Went here for the AYCE sushi lunch. Fair enough for pricing but the quality of the sushi could've been better. I could taste the "fishiness" meaning the cuts were not fresh. If you're looking for a bargain for AYCE, this is decent.

The biggest crooks!!!!! Be cautious when dining at this restaurant as they've been caught secretly adding fees to bills, which is illegal. Transparency is key, and customers deserve honesty about all charges. This deceptive practice is unacceptable and undermines trust!! They charge me and my aunt and my grandma a party of four, 19.99 service fee. Also we didn't do the hibachi show . They did this last time and I called the county and this is illegal. They did it again and when I confronted the server, she got so scared and act like she couldn't speak English and took it off, and there was another gentleman who was there who caught them doing it as well they are crooks and please be cautious, especially if you, are someone who doesn't need your bill !! Shame on you Kobe !!! We never will return !!!!

I came to this place on 5/3/24 I was out with my girlfriend on her birthday and got humiliated and embarrassed in front of everyone. I was sitting at a table with other random guest and a guy burped over my food. I spoke to a manager and explained the situation and told him I didn't want the food after that happened. I was told by manager he will not charge us for anything and give me an VIP card to comeback and eat another day. As I went back to the table to inform my girlfriend that the manager was giving us an VIP card she got up from table and we started walking towards the register. A lady worker jumped in-front of us stating you need to pay and started reaching for my hand grabbing my wrist trying to take money out of my hand stating you need to pay. Other workers surrounded us blocking exit. I explained we were waiting on the manager to come back with the VIP card. As the manager came from the back he explained to the lady worker that he was helping us. Once other managers started coming out, the manager who gave the card acted as if he didn't state that to me. I asked to file a complaint and manager Diego stated if you want to escalate this, I'll call the police. I informed them that they can. Once PD arrived I informed them what happened. The manager Diego requested to police that I be banned from coming back there. I feel the way I was treated was unfair, unjustified, and discriminatory. I recorded them and one manager admitted that the lady misconceived after she seen my girlfriend get up from the table. He stated they have had a lot of people do walk outs and I feel that wasn't a reason to treat me that way. I feel there was a lack of professionalism and communication between the staff about the matter. I will definitely be getting a lawyer involved.

Always a nice dinner with happy people all around. The food is amazing and the talent we get to watch while our food is being prepped is amazing. The sushi is so good along with the sauces served with everything.

Food was decent. But I'm highly disappointed on why I was charged a $20 service fee. We didn't sit at the hibachi bar and it was just husband, child and I. When I called to speak to the manager, they didn't acknowledge my concern and left me to call another day. Pay attention to your bill.

Was invited to go for a friend's birthday.Have never been there before. I went online and checked out the menu to be prepared to order. Drinks are small and pricey!For the price, not a heavy pour!Order the ordered the Filet and chicken breast... Not knowing that it would all be Chopped up well, it is being cooked in small pieces... Not like the flavor that I'm used to ordering.That's only cooked on two sides... Meat was tough to chew. It's all cooked together, so it all tasted pretty much the same not real flavorfull! But the clencher When I received my bill and the very fine print , they add a charge of eighteen Is percent if you're a single Eating or if you are a party of one hundred....I asked why I was told It was because, during COVID people weren't tipping.I replied with your restaurant wasn't Open!!! I was then told They were open for take a... They did not like it that people weren't tipping on Take out. So they decided to add a 18% charge in very fine.Print very hard to see.Most people look at the bottom of the bill.Throw down a credit card and call it a day... Our table ended up double tipping... The cook waited for tips from people before he walked away from the grill. Then the bill has eighteen percent added to it... And then when you have a tip line people are leaving a tip... I was told that at the end of the night, They take all the tips from the bills.And then they share that with everybody, back of the house in front of the house all around the house!I have worked in the industry.That's over tipping!!!

Took my wife here for date night and we had a great experience. Loved doing the Saki Bombs with the chefs brother lol. Food was amazing. Next time though, I will ask for my meat rare.

We were a group of 5 adults and 4 kids. They said if we want hibachi table we have to order from hibachi menu which costed 39$-70$ dish each. We walked away as we could not pay $400 for a lunch just to watch them cook. Instead we went to Tokyo steak house and sat at hibachi table and paid$120 for all of us and had left over. It is a rip off.

I met with some friends and I was on a detox so I wasn't eating. I did, however, have a few of one of my friends' edema. The waitress tried to charge me for trying the food that was already charged to my friend. Then came after she left and threw them away. They would rather throw food in the garbage than let me eat the peas . The atmosphere was noisy. They banged drums. The sushi ? was worse than the grocery store pre-made stuff. And they were expensive. Don't recommend.

Oh my! Can't believe restaurants still running like this. At a time when people go to restaurants very minimally, these guys behaving as if they are giving the food for free. We went for the hibachi table and was greeted with rudeness and bossiness.. I still want to emphasize that! So bad. They were telling us what we can order and how we should order. And whatever we ask it was responded with an attitude that we are slaves and not allowed to ask.. seriously?? Please don't go there. Honest opinion. All the other good reviews here must be fake

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, atmosphere was great and the food was tasty. The menu was diverse enough to accommodate the group's dietary preferences. We were a little rushed at the end because of the people waiting for a table but other than that it was great.
