They were extremely busy tonight so service was a bit slow but still very friendly. The food was delicious, although the burgers were way overcooked and dry. They messed up my daughter's birthday outing by seating the people who came in after us even though we had the same number of people. My husband brought this up to the staff and they did nothing, the worst experience we've had here and we were bringing family from out of town. We had a toddler who still needed an ice cream to go, they should have compt it. I will be calling the store manager. They were rude to us from the start.

We were in line as a table of 7 and a baby and told that it would be another 10 minutes until a table could be cleared. Immediately after, the waiter turned to the family after us, they said they were a family of 7, and got sat immediately. We were here for a birthday, highly disappointed and appears discriminatory.

In our region Leatherby's is a highly sought after family creamery! No matter what time you go expect a slight wait as they are the best around and everyone goes to this for special occasions or just for some fantastic ice cream or food! I tried the Christina's Caramel Craze and oh my goodness it was amazingly delicious! The caramel was so good, it is in fact so good that they have Mason jars of caramel for purchase! Service was more than great! Upon the time to wrap up your festivities when you receive your receipt at your table, you will take it up to the register to pay. Make sure so check out and support this popular establishment!

Best Ice Cream, and great portions. Food was pretty basic. We had some burgers, which were pretty small, and the grandkids had hot dogs. The fries were a big hit!
My Grandson had his 5th bday there at this location. I haven't been to a Leatherby's in over 36 years, now I know why....the food was awful, service was ok. The place was beyond loud I left there with a migraine. My bill had the gratuity added even though we all had separate checks for our food and dessert. For myself my bill was $47.17 just for a Bacon cheeseburger-$14.99, Garlic Fries -$3.99, Hot fudge Sundae w/banana + extra banana on the side to go. I came home with my ice cream sundae which was also $14.99. I opened up the extra banana container which cost me $2.99...the banana was disgusting! It was all brown and mushy. I will never return! Way too expensive for the food and dessert given. I even called the establishment and they didn't offer a refund and just apologized.

Soo good!! I got the "Big Mikes Cali Club" and it was great, service was awesome even though they were super busy, all the workers are helping each other out! I also got a root beer float and that was also delicious. My one year old had the chicken noodle soup and he loved it!
