To sum it up I messed up our online order so I went in to explain and ask if they would remake the order which was already done! Mr GG the should be store manager and the cashier young lady Lucy ( don’t wanna mis spell it girl but you know!!! ☺️) made it with no problem!!! When you get great service you have to share and they really showed excellent customer service and made the bomb pizza too!!’ Thank yall ?

Decided to try their new fanceroni pepperoni but they messed it up MASSIVELY. It did not come with 100+ pepperonis and the crust was the same as usual. It was basically a normal pepperoni with new pepperonis. I called a manager who acknowledged that it was wrong and told me to go back the next day. When I went in a different manager told me it was right and it was just sauced differently and tried to argue with me. He asked where it said it would have caramelized crust with 100+ pepperonis edge to edge and when I told him it said it on the big menu advertising it 2 feet behind him he told me to tell him how to make it since I know apparently. I don't work there so obviously I wouldn't. He refused to fix my order. I forget his name but it was whoever was working at this location on 8/5/2022 at ~6:30 PM. It is easy to tell it's messed up when I paid extra for essentially a normal pepperoni when there are hundreds of videos online of people trying the new one that looks close to what's advertised.

I would give this place negative 1,000 if I could. They messed our order up I called they admitted it and then after we already came back they say they need the old pizzas back!!!! I even asked if we could return them later because we were in the middle of a Zoom meeting and he said nope. Will never ever ever EVER order from this location again! Malachi is more concerned about "not giving two free pizzas " to us then the hundreds we spend at this location a year. Your loss and I hope the owner reads these reviews.
Nice staff but very slow my pizzas was a call in order,and my order took over 30 minutes usually it's about 10-15 I had to request a refund extremely young staff members

Really disappointed that they use DoorDash but didn't let me know! Guess I should've realized it after the price was more than double what the actual pizza cost! I will never use Little Caesar's delivery service again! When the pizza arrived (no contact) it was 20 minutes prior to the time I asked for delivery, and it was NOT the thin crust pepperoni with light sauce pizza I ordered! It was an "extra most bestest pepperoni" pizza with No sauce! My son and I decided to eat it but I am definitely complaining to their headquarters! Not only will I no longer use delivery from this place, but I will NEVER order their pizzas again. Done!

I like this place but they dint help out. I went a and lost for empty pizza boxes and was told no they cant sell me any for the elementry school down the street. Mgr said they can sell me boxes after my 3rd time harassing them. So st4 stars. Pizza went up but so has everything else

After a long day of work and hauling our kids around to practice we just wanted our food. The person who took our order gave us the wrong pizzas and sauces and when we called them back and let them know of their error they asked us to bring the pizzas BACK within 15mins because they're getting ready to close. SMH. How the hell do you mess up on our order and then have no compensation or offer a refund?? We didn't even order hot n ready pizzas but that's what we ended up getting!

I went in to get a pizza hot n ready last Sunday. A girl with purple hair checked my order and let me know that there will be a 6 minute wait. A guy walks right in and out with pizzas ready. I seen a boy cook in back cut three and put them in hot n ready slots. A women was in, orders, walks out with pizza. I seen the guy in back cut three more pizzas. I am looking at the girl like, I think they're ready, but she ignores me, washes her hand and starts talking to another blonde girl in the back. I got inpatient and told the guy cutting more pizzas, I am waiting for one of those, and he hands me the one he is cutting. I held my composure, but I haven't been able to let it go, so I want people to know. Im not sure why I got treated like that. She was nice to two people before me. I was with my daughter, so I just waited patiently 18 minutes. I just think that's rude.
