Went through drive through, and they told us to pull up to the third window. The third window was not correctly labeled, gave us our food, and the nuggets were missing from the bag. How hard is it to have that position and not get the orders correct. Have pried in what you do!

If I could give the service a negative number it would be -10. This location has proven to us to have the worst of the worst service. It seems like there is no management or control over staff. The terms quality and service do not exist in this location.

Literally the worst satisfaction I've had today! I ordered breakfast at around 10 am on the app and when I got to the restaurant at 10:30, they've told me that we stopped breakfast around 10:30; like you could've at least made the order for me when you knew I was coming!!! Little warning for those who want breakfast to not waste time with them.

I went to this Mc Donald by Elk Grove Blvd.We ordered Nuggets 20pcs nugget, Burgers etc etc! we came home the nuggets was old and very dry. I wish I could have taken a picture, But we were so upset and just tossed them into to the Garbage. and I wanted to bring them back in, But my husband was tired because we just drove back from Rocklin and stopped by at this Mc. Donald, Because it was 6pm and we are hungry. We did not get our reciept, and employees were just talking, just handed us the bags, No Thank you, No Hi Nothing. This Mc. Donald has a very bad customer service. We been coming to this place since 2004 or 2005 when we move in here. But often we get sloppy services. We just get tired of complaining and just Move on. But sometimes we still buy from this place, because it was closer to my house. But this place is so terrible on customer service. they need to be train correctly.The French Fries was old too and no taste anymore. No quality at all. sometimes the fish fillet too much the bread was soak with the sauce. the chicken sandwich patty was hard and dry. Just terrible food. Mc Donald is not the way it used anymore. back in 1989 Mc. Donald was the Best Fast Food. Not anymore. some empliyees even rude. when you asked them some sauce they just handed it to you, No eye contact.

found a hair in my french fries. They replaced the order but I won't go back.

It's McDonald's . They still have some of the best fries for simple plain French fry taste. I used to LOVE their Supreme Crescents. But they stopped putting the special sauce on them and now they have no sauce, dry. I do really enjoy for comfort food, their McGriddles. Now it's a hit and miss for some people as some people say the syrup is a strange taste in their mouth unlike syrup with pancakes. It's a ton of sugar and fat and calories for sure as with all their food but the apple slices that can come with your kids meal. I also enjoy their McNuggets. Now this is not a review for " good food" this is just some nostalgic comfort food. Their Big Macs used to be so good when I was a kid but now they are more than 50 % bread in my opinion . The prices have gone crazy and you can get much better quality and not pre frozen food for less money. The kids meal is still pretty reasonable and I feel what you get is a fair amount for the kiddos. What kid doesn't like "Donald's"?!

The ice cream machine at this place is literally broken every other day. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I no longer go to this McDonald’s and I wouldn’t recommend it.
